他就说：“但以理啊，不要惧怕！因为从你第一日专心求明白将来的事，又在你神面前刻苦己心，你的言语已蒙应允；我是因你的言语而来。

他说：“但以理啊，不要惧怕！因为自从第一日你立志要明白，又在你上帝面前刻苦自己，你的话已蒙应允；我就是因你的话而来。

他说：“但以理啊，不要惧怕！因为自从第一日你立志要明白，又在你神面前刻苦自己，你的话已蒙应允；我就是因你的话而来。

他说：“但以理啊，不要怕，从你在上帝面前谦卑地恳求明白这异象的第一天，你的祷告已蒙垂听。我是来答复你的。

他又对我说：“但以理啊！不要惧怕，因为自从你第一天决心要明白这些事，又在你的神面前谦卑自己，你祷告的话已蒙垂听了；我就是因你祷告的话而来的。

又謂我曰、但以理歟、勿懼、自爾初日、決志欲明斯事、自卑於爾上帝前、爾言升聞矣、我因爾言而至、

彼告我曰、但以理勿懼、自爾詣上帝前、卑以自牧、欲留心知未來事、上帝聽爾所祈、遣我就爾、

又告我曰、但以理、勿懼、自初日爾專心求明、於爾天主前刻以自苦、爾言升聞於上、我因爾之禱言、奉遣而來、

Then he continued,“ Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them.

He continued,“ Do not be afraid, Daniel. You decided to get more understanding. You made yourself humble as you worshiped your God. Since the first day you did those things, your words were heard. I have come to give you an answer.

Then he said to me,“ Fear not, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand and humbled yourself before your God, your words have been heard, and I have come because of your words.

Then he said,“ Don’t be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day you began to pray for understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your request has been heard in heaven. I have come in answer to your prayer.

“ Don’t be afraid, Daniel,” he said to me,“ for from the first day that you purposed to understand and to humble yourself before your God, your prayers were heard. I have come because of your prayers.

Then he said to me,“ Do not be afraid, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart on understanding this and on humbling yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to your words.

Then he said to me,“ Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words.

Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel; for from the first day that thou didst set thy heart to understand, and to humble thyself before thy God, thy words were heard: and I am come for thy words’ sake.

“ Don’t be afraid, Daniel,” he said to me,“ for from the first day that you purposed to understand and to humble yourself before your God, your prayers were heard. I have come because of your prayers.

Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.

Then he said to me,“ Don’t be afraid, Daniel, for from the very first day you applied your mind to understand and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard. I have come in response to your words.

Then he said to me,“ Don’t be afraid, Daniel; for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard. I have come for your words’ sake.

哥尼流说：“四天前的这个时候，下午三点，我在家里祷告。忽然有一个身穿明亮衣服的人，站在我面前，说‘哥尼流，你的祷告已蒙垂听，你的施舍已经在神面前蒙记念了。

他说：“蒙爱的人哪，你不要害怕，愿你平安！你当坚强，当坚强！”在他与我说话的时候，我就有了力量。我说：“我主请说，因为你使我有力量。”

我还在说话、祷告，承认我的罪和我民以色列的罪，并为我神的圣山在耶和华我的神面前呈上恳求——我还在祷告中说话的时候，先前的异象中见过的那位样貌像人的加百列快速地飞到我这里来；那时大约是献晚祭的时候。他指示我，对我说：“但以理啊，现在我出来，为要使你明达、有悟性！在你开始恳求的时候，就有命令发出，于是我来告诉你，因为你是蒙爱的；你当领悟这话语，要领悟这异象！

要对那些心里惊慌的人说：“你们要坚强，不要害怕。看哪，你们的神！他的报复将到——他所施行的报应将到；他必亲自来拯救你们。”

在夜里，主藉着异象对保罗说：“不要怕，只管讲！不要沉默不语，因为我与你同在，而且没有人会下手伤害你；原来在这城里有许多我的子民。”

天使对妇女们说：“你们不要怕！我知道你们是在寻找被钉十字架的耶稣。

在那些日子，我但以理悲恸了三个七天。美味的食物我没有吃，肉和酒没有入我的口，一点膏油我也没有用，直到满了三个七天。

天使对她说：“玛丽亚，不要怕，因为你在神面前蒙恩了。

天使对他说：“撒迦利亚，不要怕，因为你的祈祷已蒙垂听。你的妻子伊莉莎白要为你生一个儿子，你要给他起名叫约翰。

我哭泣，以禁食刻苦我心，这却成了对我的辱骂；

耶稣对他们说：“你们为什么惊慌不安？为什么心里起疑惑呢？

你不要害怕，因为我与你同在；不要惊惶，因为我是你的神。我必坚固你，必定帮助你，必定用我公义的右手扶持你。

耶稣对她们说：“不要怕！去告诉我的弟兄们，要他们到加利利去。在那里，他们将见到我。”

那碰我的对我说：“蒙爱的但以理啊！你当领悟我向你说的话语，站起来，因为我现在受派遣到你这里。”他与我说这话的时候，我就战战兢兢地站了起来。

有一天，大约下午三点，他在异象中清楚地看见神的一位天使来到他面前，对他说：“哥尼流！”哥尼流注视着他，感到害怕，说：“主啊，有什么事呢？”天使说：“你的祷告和你的施舍，已经上达神的面前蒙记念了。现在你要派人到约帕去，请一位称为彼得的西门来。

那时你呼求，耶和华必回应；你呼救，他必说：‘我在这里。’如果你除去你当中的轭，除去对人的指摘和恶毒的言谈；

那年轻人对她们说：“不要惊慌！你们是在寻找被钉十字架的拿撒勒人耶稣，他已经复活了，不在这里。看，这就是他们安放他的地方。

于是我转向主耶和华，以祷告、恳求、禁食、披麻蒙灰来寻求他。我向耶和华我的神祷告、认罪，说：“哦，主啊，大而可畏的神，你向那些爱你并遵守你诫命的人持守你的约和慈爱！

那时，他们还没有呼求，我就回应；他们还在说话，我就垂听。

幼虫雅各啊，以色列人哪，不要害怕，我必帮助你！你的救赎主是以色列的圣者！这是耶和华的宣告。

说：‘保罗，不要怕！你必须站在凯撒面前。看哪，所有与你同船的人，神都赐给你了。’

那位天使对他们说：“不要怕！因为看哪，我传给你们一个大喜的信息，是要给万民的。
