And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains.

Pray for us too. Pray that God will give us an opportunity to preach our message. Then we can preach the mystery of Christ. Because I preached it, I am being held by chains.

At the same time, pray also for us, that God may open to us a door for the word, to declare the mystery of Christ, on account of which I am in prison—

Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel,for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should. (niv)

On arriving there, they gathered the church together and reported all that God had done through them and how he had opened a door of faith to the Gentiles. (niv)

As a result, it has become clear throughout the whole palace guard and to everyone else that I am in chains for Christ.And because of my chains, most of the brothers and sisters have become confident in the Lord and dare all the more to proclaim the gospel without fear. (niv)

Now when I went to Troas to preach the gospel of Christ and found that the Lord had opened a door for me, (niv)

It is right for me to feel this way about all of you, since I have you in my heart and, whether I am in chains or defending and confirming the gospel, all of you share in God’s grace with me. (niv)

My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ,in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. (niv)

As for other matters, brothers and sisters, pray for us that the message of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with you.And pray that we may be delivered from wicked and evil people, for not everyone has faith. (niv)

This, then, is how you ought to regard us: as servants of Christ and as those entrusted with the mysteries God has revealed. (niv)

the mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is now disclosed to the Lord’s people. (niv)

for which I am suffering even to the point of being chained like a criminal. But God’s word is not chained. (niv)

As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. (niv)

Pray for us. We are sure that we have a clear conscience and desire to live honorably in every way.I particularly urge you to pray so that I may be restored to you soon. (niv)

For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles— (niv)

He replied,“ Because the knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them. (niv)

for I know that through your prayers and God’s provision of the Spirit of Jesus Christ what has happened to me will turn out for my deliverance. (niv)

Brothers and sisters, pray for us. (niv)

And one thing more: Prepare a guest room for me, because I hope to be restored to you in answer to your prayers. (niv)

because a great door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many who oppose me. (niv)

May the Lord show mercy to the household of Onesiphorus, because he often refreshed me and was not ashamed of my chains. (niv)

I urge you, brothers and sisters, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to join me in my struggle by praying to God for me.Pray that I may be kept safe from the unbelievers in Judea and that the contribution I take to Jerusalem may be favorably received by the Lord’s people there,so that I may come to you with joy, by God’s will, and in your company be refreshed.
