When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins,

At one time you were dead in your sins. Your desires controlled by sin were not circumcised. But God gave you new life together with Christ. He forgave us all our sins.

And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses,

You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins.

And when you were dead in trespasses and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, he made you alive with him and forgave us all our trespasses.

And when you were dead in your wrongdoings and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our wrongdoings,

And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

And even though you were dead in your transgressions and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, he nevertheless made you alive with him, having forgiven all your transgressions.

You were made alive when you were dead in transgressions and sins,

even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ— by grace you have been saved—and raised us up with him, and made us to sit with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,

So also it is written,“ The first man, Adam, became a living soul.” The last Adam became a life- giving spirit.

But if the Spirit of him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.

namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, not reckoning to them their trespasses, and having committed to us the word of reconciliation.

how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without defect to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

who also made us sufficient as servants of a new covenant, not of the letter, but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

Therefore remember that once you, the Gentiles in the flesh, who are called“ uncircumcision” by that which is called“ circumcision”( in the flesh, made by hands),

For the love of Christ constrains us; because we judge thus, that one died for all, therefore all died.He died for all, that those who live should no longer live to themselves, but to him who for their sakes died and rose again.

Also, do not present your members to sin as instruments of unrighteousness, but present yourselves to God as alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.

You, who have shown us many and bitter troubles, you will let me live. You will bring us up again from the depths of the earth.

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son, cleanses us from all sin.If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, even so faith apart from works is dead.

For as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son also gives life to whom he desires.

But it was appropriate to celebrate and be glad, for this, your brother, was dead, and is alive again. He was lost, and is found.’”

This is my comfort in my affliction, for your word has revived me.

Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts. Let him return to Yahweh, and he will have mercy on him, to our God, for he will freely pardon.

Therefore he says,“ Awake, you who sleep, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.”

You foolish one, that which you yourself sow is not made alive unless it dies.

for this, my son, was dead, and is alive again. He was lost, and is found.’ Then they began to celebrate.

I write to you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name’s sake.

Be it known to you therefore, brothers, that through this man is proclaimed to you remission of sins,and by him everyone who believes is justified from all things, from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses.

They will no longer each teach his neighbor, and every man teach his brother, saying,‘ Know Yahweh;’ for they will all know me, from their least to their greatest,” says Yahweh:“ for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”

It is the spirit who gives life. The flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and are life.

Therefore leaving the teaching of the first principles of Christ, let’s press on to perfection— not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works, of faith toward God,

“ Come now, and let’s reason together,” says Yahweh:“ Though your sins are as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

Yahweh’s hand was on me, and he brought me out in Yahweh’s Spirit, and set me down in the middle of the valley; and it was full of bones.He caused me to pass by them all around: and behold, there were very many in the open valley; and behold, they were very dry.He said to me,“ Son of man, can these bones live?” I answered,“ Lord Yahweh, you know.”Again he said to me,“ Prophesy over these bones, and tell them,‘ You dry bones, hear Yahweh’s word.The Lord Yahweh says to these bones:“ Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and you will live.I will lay sinews on you, and will bring up flesh on you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and you will live. Then you will know that I am Yahweh.”’”So I prophesied as I was commanded. As I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold, there was an earthquake. Then the bones came together, bone to its bone.I saw, and, behold, there were sinews on them, and flesh came up, and skin covered them above; but there was no breath in them.Then he said to me,“ Prophesy to the wind, prophesy, son of man, and tell the wind,‘ The Lord Yahweh says:“ Come from the four winds, breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live.”’”So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up on their feet, an exceedingly great army.

But Jesus said to him,“ Leave the dead to bury their own dead, but you go and announce God’s Kingdom.”

I command you before God, who gives life to all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate testified the good confession,

As it is written,“ I have made you a father of many nations.” This is in the presence of him whom he believed: God, who gives life to the dead, and calls the things that are not, as though they were.

But do you want to know, vain man, that faith apart from works is dead?

“ For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel. After those days,” says the Lord;“ I will put my laws into their mind, I will also write them on their heart. I will be their God, and they will be my people.They will not teach every man his fellow citizen, and every man his brother, saying,‘ Know the Lord,’ for all will know me, from their least to their greatest.For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness. I will remember their sins and lawless deeds no more.”

But she who gives herself to pleasure is dead while she lives.

Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself.

Blessed is he whose disobedience is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
