People will stagger from sea to sea and wander from north to east, searching for the word of the Lord, but they will not find it.

People will wander from the Dead Sea to the Mediterranean. They will travel from north to east. They will look for a message from me. But they will not find it.

那時若有人對你們說：「看哪，基督在這裏」，或是：「在那裏」，你們不要信；因為有假基督假神言人將要起來，施行大神迹奇事，為的是、如果可能、連蒙揀選的人也要加以迷惑。看哪，我豫先告訴你們了。所以人若對你們說：「看哪，他在野地裏」，你們不要出去；或是說：「看哪，在內屋裏呢」，你們不要信；

那暗暗穿進人家、牢籠志行薄弱的婦女的、正是他們中間的人；這些婦女被罪堆壓，被各種私慾牽引着，雖時常學習，終久不能達到真理之認識。

那麼便怎麼樣呢？以色列所切求的、他們竟然沒有得着；惟獨蒙揀選的人得着了。其餘的人就成了頑梗不化的；正如經上所記的：『上帝給了他們麻木的靈，不能看的眼，不能聽的耳，直到今天這日子。』大衛也說：『願他們的筵席對他們成了網羅，成了機檻，成了絆跌物，又成了報應；願他們的眼昏矇、不能看見；願你使他們的脊背總是彎屈卑服。』

而以色列追求着稱義的律法，反而達不到律法。為甚麼緣故呢？這是因為他們不本着信心而求，反以為可本着行為而求：他們正碰倒在那碰腳的石頭上啊！正如經上所記：『你看，我把一塊碰腳的石頭、令人絆跌的磐石放在錫安，信靠他的必不至於失望。』

褻慢人尋智慧，卻尋不着；明達人得知識很輕易。

不同着我的、就是敵我；不同我收集的、就是分散。

當那些時候，耶穌應時地說：『父啊，天地的主啊，我稱謝你，因為你將這些事向智慧通達的人隱藏起來，向嬰孩卻啓示了。是的，父啊，在你面前，你的美意就是如此。一切都由我父交付了我；除了父，沒有一個認識子；除了子和子所願意啓示的，也沒有一個認識父。

但你呢、但以理啊，你要把這些話封閉着，把這卷書密封着、到末了時期。而大眾們卻要跑來跑去追求、使知識增長。』

你們奉上供品，使你們的兒子經過火而獻為祭的時候，仍將你們一切的偶像去玷污自己直到今日。以色列家啊，我哪裏要給你們求問呢？主永恆主發神諭說，我指着永活的我來起誓，我是不讓你們求問的。

『人子啊，你要告訴以色列的長老，說：主永恆主這麼說：你們來是求問我麼？主永恆主發神諭說：我指着永活的我來起誓，我是不讓你們求問的。
