He who made the Pleiades and Orion, who turns midnight into dawn and darkens day into night, who calls for the waters of the sea and pours them out over the face of the land— the Lord is his name.

The Lord made the Pleiades and Orion. He turns midnight into sunrise. He makes the day fade into night. He sends for the waters in the clouds. Then he pours them out on the surface of the land. His name is the Lord.

He who made the Pleiades and Orion, and turns deep darkness into the morning and darkens the day into night, who calls for the waters of the sea and pours them out on the surface of the earth, the Lord is his name;

It is the Lord who created the stars, the Pleiades and Orion. He turns darkness into morning and day into night. He draws up water from the oceans and pours it down as rain on the land. The Lord is his name!

看哪，那创山，造风，将其心意指示人，使晨光变幽暗，踩行在地之高处的，他的名是耶和华—万军之神。

他造北斗、参星、昴星，以及南方的星宿；

“到那日，我要使太阳在正午落下，使这地在白昼黑暗。”这是主耶和华说的。

那在天上建造楼阁、在地上奠定穹苍、召唤海水、使其倾倒在地面上的，耶和华是他的名。

你造黑暗为夜，林中的百兽就都爬出来。

他从黑暗中彰显深奥的事，使死荫显出光明。

“你能为昴星系结吗？你能为参星解带吗？你能按时领出星宿吗？能引导北斗与其众星吗？

那些坐在黑暗中、死荫里的人，被困苦和铁链捆锁，是因他们违背神的言语，藐视至高者的旨意。所以，他用劳苦制伏他们的心；他们仆倒，无人扶助。于是他们在急难中哀求耶和华，他就拯救他们脱离祸患。他从黑暗中、从死荫里领他们出来，扯断他们的捆绑。

或为责罚，或为他的地，或为慈爱，都是他所行的。

他差遣黑暗，就有黑暗；他们没有违背他的话。

挪亚六百岁那一年的二月十七日，就在那一天，大深渊的泉源都裂开，天上的窗户也敞开了，四十昼夜有大雨降在地上。正在那日，挪亚和他的儿子闪、含、雅弗，以及挪亚的妻子和三个媳妇，都一同进入方舟。他们和一切走兽，各从其类；一切牲畜，各从其类；地上爬的一切爬行动物，各从其类；一切的鸟，就是一切有翅膀的飞禽，各从其类；凡有生命气息的血肉之躯，都一对一对到挪亚那里，进入方舟。凡有血肉的，都一公一母进入方舟，正如神所吩咐挪亚的。耶和华就把他关在方舟里。洪水在地上泛滥四十天，水往上涨，使方舟浮起，方舟就从地上漂起来。水势汹涌，在地上大大上涨，方舟在水面上漂荡。水势在地上极其浩大，普天下所有的高山都淹没了。水势汹涌，比山高出十五肘，山岭都淹没了。

要照亮坐在黑暗中死荫里的人，把我们的脚引到和平的路上。’”

第七次，仆人说：“看哪，有一小片云从海里上来，好像人的手掌那么大。”以利亚说：“你上去告诉亚哈，当套车下去，免得被雨阻挡。”霎时间，天因风云黑暗，降下大雨。亚哈就坐上车，往耶斯列去了。

“你有生以来，曾命定晨光，曾使黎明知道自己的地位，抓住地的四极，把恶人从其中驱逐出来吗？

破晓时分，耶和华从云柱、火柱中瞭望埃及的军兵，使埃及的军兵混乱。他使他们的车轮脱落，难以前行，埃及人说：“我们从以色列人面前逃跑吧！因耶和华为他们作战，攻击埃及了。”耶和华对摩西说：“你要向海伸手，使水回流到埃及人，他们的战车和战车长身上。”摩西就向海伸手，到了天亮的时候，海恢复原状。埃及人逃避水的时候，耶和华把他们推入海中。海水回流，淹没了战车和战车长，以及那些跟着以色列人下到海中的法老全军，连一个也没有剩下。

我要引导盲人行他们所不认识的道，引领他们走他们未曾走过的路；我在他们面前使黑暗变为光明，使弯曲变为平直。这些事我都要做，并不离弃他们。

“你能向密云扬起声来，使倾盆的雨遮盖你吗？

耶和华对摩西说：“你向天伸出你的手，使黑暗笼罩埃及地；这黑暗甚至可以摸得到。”摩西向天伸出他的手，浓密的黑暗就笼罩了埃及全地三天之久。三天内，人人彼此看不见，谁也不敢起身离开原地；但所有以色列人住的地方却有光。

你用深水遮盖地面，犹如衣裳；诸水高过山岭。你的斥责一发，水就奔逃；你的雷声一发，水就奔流。诸山上升，诸谷下沉，归你为它所立定之地。你定了界限，使水不能超越，不再转回淹没大地。

那坐在黑暗里的百姓看见了大光；坐在死荫之地的人有光照耀他们。”

我们用手摸墙，好像盲人，四处摸索，如同失明的人；中午时我们绊倒，如在黄昏一样，在强壮的人中，我们好像死人一般。
