耶和華又曰、迦薩人犯罪、至三至四、且虜民甚眾、鬻於以東、我必罰其罪、

主如是云、迦薩人犯罪、至三至四、更擄民眾多、付於以東、故我降罰以報之、必不挽回、

This is what the Lord says:“ For three sins of Gaza, even for four, I will not relent. Because she took captive whole communities and sold them to Edom,

The Lord says,“ The people of Gaza have sinned again and again. So I will judge them. They captured whole communities. They sold them to Edom.

Thus says the Lord:“ For three transgressions of Gaza, and for four, I will not revoke the punishment, because they carried into exile a whole people to deliver them up to Edom.

This is what the Lord says:“ The people of Gaza have sinned again and again, and I will not let them go unpunished! They sent whole villages into exile, selling them as slaves to Edom.

The LORD says: I will not relent from punishing Gaza for three crimes, even four, because they exiled a whole community, handing them over to Edom.

This is what the Lord says:“ For three offenses of Gaza, and for four, I will not revoke its punishment, Because they led into exile an entire population To turn them over to Edom.

Thus says the Lord:“ For three transgressions of Gaza, and for four, I will not turn away its punishment, Because they took captive the whole captivity To deliver them up to Edom.

Thus saith Jehovah: For three transgressions of Gaza, yea, for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they carried away captive the whole people, to deliver them up to Edom:

The Lord says: I will not relent from punishing Gaza for three crimes, even four, because they exiled a whole community, handing them over to Edom.

This is what the LORD says:“ Because Gaza has committed three crimes– make that four!– I will not revoke my decree of judgment. They deported a whole community and sold them to Edom.

Yahweh says:“ For three transgressions of Gaza, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment; because they carried away captive the whole community, to deliver them up to Edom;

非利士人也入侵丘陵和犹大南方的城镇，攻占了伯·示麦、亚雅仑、基低罗，以及梭哥、亭拿、瑾锁和三城周围的村庄，并住在那里。

外族人掠夺雅各的财物，攻入耶路撒冷抽签分赃时，你竟然袖手旁观，就像他们的同伙一样。

非利士人献给耶和华的金毒疮是分别为亚实突、迦萨、亚实基伦、迦特和以革伦赔罪的。

亚实基伦见状必陷入恐惧，迦萨见状必充满痛苦，以革伦见状必希望破灭。迦萨必失去君王，亚实基伦必荒无人烟。

因为毁灭所有非利士人的日子到了，铲除泰尔和西顿剩余帮手的日子到了。耶和华要灭绝迦斐托岛剩余的非利士人。迦萨一片荒凉，亚实基伦沦为废墟。谷中的余民啊！你们要割伤身体到何时呢？

并把犹大和耶路撒冷的居民卖给希腊人，使他们远离家乡。

耶和华说：“大马士革人三番四次地犯罪，我必不收回对他们的惩罚，因为他们用打粮食的铁器蹂躏基列。

非利士人啊，不要因击打你们的杖已经折断便高兴。因为那杖就像一条蛇，必生出一条更危险的蛇，一条会飞的毒蛇。贫穷人必衣食无忧，困苦人必安然度日，但我必用饥荒除掉你们的子孙，消灭你们残存的人。城门啊，哀号吧！城邑啊，哭喊吧！非利士人啊，战抖吧！因为有阵容整齐的军队从北方如尘烟滚滚而来。

迦萨必被抛弃，亚实基伦必沦为废墟，亚实突的居民必在中午被赶走，以革伦必被连根拔除。住在海边的基利提人啊，你们有祸了！非利士人的土地——迦南啊，耶和华宣告要毁灭你，使你杳无人烟。沿海地区必成为草场，有牧人的居所和羊圈。那里必归给犹大家的余民，他们必在那里放牧，晚上睡在亚实基伦的房屋里，因为他们的上帝耶和华必眷顾他们，使他们回到故土。

因为你永怀仇恨，在以色列人遭遇危难、因罪恶受尽刑罚的时候，把他们交在刀下。

在法老攻打迦萨之前，耶和华告诉了耶利米先知有关非利士人的事。

耶和华驱使非利士人和古实附近的阿拉伯人攻打约兰。他们起兵攻打犹大，侵入境内，掳走了王宫里的所有财物以及约兰的儿子和妻妾，只留下他最小的儿子约哈斯。

“主耶和华说，‘非利士人心存仇恨，为了报世仇要毁灭犹大，所以我必伸手攻击他们，铲除基利提人，毁灭沿海残余的人。

有一天，主的天使对腓利说：“起来，向南走，往耶路撒冷通往迦萨的路去。”那条路很荒凉。
