He said:“ The Lord roars from Zion and thunders from Jerusalem; the pastures of the shepherds dry up, and the top of Carmel withers.”

He said,“ The Lord roars like a lion from Jerusalem. His voice sounds like thunder from Zion. The grasslands of the shepherds turn brown. The top of Mount Carmel dries up.”

And he said:“ The Lord roars from Zion and utters his voice from Jerusalem; the pastures of the shepherds mourn, and the top of Carmel withers.”

This is what he saw and heard:“ The Lord’s voice will roar from Zion and thunder from Jerusalem! The lush pastures of the shepherds will dry up; the grass on Mount Carmel will wither and die.”

He said: The LORD roars from Zion and makes his voice heard from Jerusalem; the pastures of the shepherds mourn, and the summit of Carmel withers.

And he said,“ The Lord roars from Zion, And from Jerusalem He utters His voice; And the shepherds’ pasture grounds mourn, And the summit of Carmel dries up.”

And he said:“ The Lord roars from Zion, And utters His voice from Jerusalem; The pastures of the shepherds mourn, And the top of Carmel withers.”

And he said, Jehovah will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the pastures of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall wither.

He said: The Lord roars from Zion and raises His voice from Jerusalem; the pastures of the shepherds mourn, and the summit of Carmel withers.

And he said, The LORD will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall wither.

Amos said:“ The LORD comes roaring out of Zion; from Jerusalem he comes bellowing! The shepherds’ pastures wilt; the summit of Carmel withers.”

He said:“ Yahweh will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the pastures of the shepherds will mourn, and the top of Carmel will wither.”

耶和華從錫安發出怒吼，從耶路撒冷發出雷聲，天地為之震動。但耶和華卻是祂子民的避難所，是以色列人的堡壘。

耶利米啊，你要告訴他們這些預言，『耶和華要在高天怒吼，從祂的聖所發出雷鳴；祂要向祂的子民怒吼，向地上的居民吶喊，好像踩踏葡萄的人一樣。

大地哀慟、田野的植物枯槁要到何時呢？由於這地方居民的罪惡，野獸和飛鳥都滅絕了。他們說：「上帝看不見我們的行為。」

耶和華像出征的勇士，像鬥志激昂的戰士。祂必高呼吶喊，戰勝仇敵。

即使他們藏在迦密山的峰頂，我也要去搜尋，捉住他們；即使他們潛到海底，我也要派海蛇去吞咬他們；

地上一片荒涼，黎巴嫩的樹木枯乾，沙崙好像曠野，巴珊和迦密的樹葉凋零。

君王震怒如獅子咆哮，觸怒他的人自尋死路。

我們的糧食斷絕了，我們上帝殿中的歡樂消失了。種子在土裡腐爛，五穀乾死，倉庫荒廢，穀倉被拆毀。牲畜哀鳴，牛群因找不到草場而四處亂竄，羊群也受苦。

耶和華殿中的素祭和奠祭都停止了，事奉耶和華的祭司都哀傷。田園荒廢，遍地淒涼，五穀盡毀，再也沒有新酒和油了。農夫啊，你們要憂傷！照料葡萄園的人啊，你們要哀號！因為田間的大麥和小麥全毀了。葡萄樹枯死，無花果樹凋殘，石榴樹、棕樹、蘋果樹等田野的一切樹木枯乾。人間的歡樂消逝了。祭司啊，穿著喪服痛哭吧；在祭壇前事奉的人啊，要哀號；我上帝的僕人啊，要披上麻衣過夜；因為再無素祭和奠祭獻到你們上帝的殿中了。

「我在收割前三個月停止降雨。我在一座城降雨，在另一座城不降雨；我使一塊田有雨水的滋潤，另一塊田因無雨而乾裂。兩三座城的人都踉踉蹌蹌地湧到一座城找水喝，水卻不夠喝。儘管如此，你們仍不歸向我。這是耶和華說的。

「猶大充滿悲泣，她的城邑衰敗，人人坐在地上痛哭，耶路撒冷哀鳴四起。

我要帶領以色列人返回他們的草場，讓他們在迦密和巴珊吃草，在以法蓮和基列的山上吃得飽足。

耶和華向祂的軍隊發號施令，祂的隊伍不計其數，執行祂命令的是一支勁旅。耶和華的日子偉大而可畏，誰能承受得住呢？

姹紫嫣紅，喜樂漫溢，發出歡呼，散發著黎巴嫩的榮耀、迦密和沙崙的榮美。人們必看見耶和華的榮耀，我們上帝的光輝。

我要像一頭失了幼崽的母熊衝向你們，撕裂你們的胸膛；我要像母獅吞噬你們，像兇猛的野獸撕碎你們。

祂斥責大海，使大海乾涸；祂使一切河流枯竭。巴珊和迦密的草木凋零，黎巴嫩的鮮花衰殘。

瑪雲有個富翁擁有三千隻綿羊和一千隻山羊，他的產業在迦密。當時他正在迦密剪羊毛。

的確，主耶和華不向祂的僕人——眾先知顯明祂的計劃，就不會採取任何行動。獅子吼叫，誰不懼怕呢？主耶和華已發言，誰能不傳講呢？
