Then Ananias went to the house and entered it. Placing his hands on Saul, he said,“ Brother Saul, the Lord— Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you were coming here— has sent me so that you may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit.”

Then Ananias went to the house and entered it. He placed his hands on Saul.“ Brother Saul,” he said,“ you saw the Lord Jesus. He appeared to you on the road as you were coming here. He has sent me so that you will be able to see again. You will be filled with the Holy Spirit.”

So Ananias departed and entered the house. And laying his hands on him he said,“ Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus who appeared to you on the road by which you came has sent me so that you may regain your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.”

So Ananias went and found Saul. He laid his hands on him and said,“ Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road, has sent me so that you might regain your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.”

Ananias went and entered the house. He placed his hands on him and said,“ Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road you were traveling, has sent me so that you may regain your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.”

So Ananias departed and entered the house, and after laying his hands on him said,“ Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road by which you were coming, has sent me so that you may regain your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.”

And Ananias went his way and entered the house; and laying his hands on him he said,“ Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you came, has sent me that you may receive your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.”

And Ananias departed, and entered into the house; and laying his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, who appeared unto thee in the way which thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mayest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Spirit.

And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord,[ even] Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost.

When Paul placed his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came on them, and they spoke in tongues and prophesied. (niv)

He fell to the ground and heard a voice say to him,“ Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?”“ Who are you, Lord?” Saul asked.“ I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting,” he replied. (niv)

He could not do any miracles there, except lay his hands on a few sick people and heal them. (niv)

Saul got up from the ground, but when he opened his eyes he could see nothing. So they led him by the hand into Damascus.For three days he was blind, and did not eat or drink anything.In Damascus there was a disciple named Ananias. The Lord called to him in a vision,“ Ananias!”“ Yes, Lord,” he answered.The Lord told him,“ Go to the house of Judas on Straight Street and ask for a man from Tarsus named Saul, for he is praying.In a vision he has seen a man named Ananias come and place his hands on him to restore his sight.”“ Lord,” Ananias answered,“ I have heard many reports about this man and all the harm he has done to your holy people in Jerusalem.And he has come here with authority from the chief priests to arrest all who call on your name.”But the Lord said to Ananias,“ Go! This man is my chosen instrument to proclaim my name to the Gentiles and their kings and to the people of Israel. (niv)

But we had to celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’” (niv)
