Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem:

亚拿尼亚回答说：“主啊！我听见许多人说他对耶路撒冷的信徒大加迫害。

但亚拿尼亚回答：“主啊，我听见许多人说起这个人，他在耶路撒冷作了许多苦害你圣徒的事；

阿纳尼亚却回答：“主啊，我听许多人说过有关这个人在耶路撒冷对你的圣徒们所做的种种恶事。

亞拿尼亞回答說：「主啊，我聽見許多人說，這人怎樣在耶路撒冷多多苦害你的聖徒，

亞拿尼亞回答：「主啊，我聽見許多人講到這個人，說他怎樣在耶路撒冷多多苦待你的聖徒，

亞拿尼亞回答：「主啊，我聽見許多人講到這個人，說他怎樣在耶路撒冷多多苦待你的聖徒，

亞拿尼亞回答說：「主啊！我聽見許多人說他對耶路撒冷的信徒大加迫害。

但亞拿尼亞回答：“主啊，我聽見許多人說起這個人，他在耶路撒冷作了許多苦害你聖徒的事；

亞拿尼亞回答說：『主啊，我從許多人聽見這個人的事，說他對在耶路撒冷的聖徒行了多麼大的苦害；

阿納尼亞卻回答：「主啊，我聽許多人說過有關這個人在耶路撒冷對你的聖徒們所做的種種惡事。

亞拿尼亞曰、主、我聞於眾、此人於耶路撒冷多端虐遇爾之聖徒、

亞拿尼亞曰、主、我聞人言、彼在耶路撒冷、困苦聖徒、

亞拿尼亞對曰、主、我聞多人言、此人在耶路撒冷、大困苦爾之聖徒、

亞拿尼亞曰：『主、歷聞人言、彼於耶路撒冷迫害聖徒、無所不用其極；

“ Lord,” Ananias answered,“ I have heard many reports about this man and all the harm he has done to your holy people in Jerusalem.

“ Lord,” Ananias answered,“ I’ve heard many reports about this man. They say he has done great harm to your holy people in Jerusalem.

But Ananias answered,“ Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how much evil he has done to your saints at Jerusalem.

“ But Lord,” exclaimed Ananias,“ I’ve heard many people talk about the terrible things this man has done to the believers in Jerusalem!

“ Lord,” Ananias answered,“ I have heard from many people about this man, how much harm he has done to your saints in Jerusalem.

But Ananias answered,“ Lord, I have heard from many people about this man, how much harm he did to Your saints in Jerusalem;

Then Ananias answered,“ Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how much harm he has done to Your saints in Jerusalem.

But Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard from many of this man, how much evil he did to thy saints at Jerusalem:

“ Lord,” Ananias answered,“ I have heard from many people about this man, how much harm he has done to Your saints in Jerusalem.

But Ananias replied,“ Lord, I have heard from many people about this man, how much harm he has done to your saints in Jerusalem,

But Ananias answered,“ Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how much evil he did to your saints at Jerusalem.

As for Saul, he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and haling men and women committed[ them] to prison.

And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest,

And I said, Lord, they know that I imprisoned and beat in every synagogue them that believed on thee:And when the blood of thy martyr Stephen was shed, I also was standing by, and consenting unto his death, and kept the raiment of them that slew him.

And Samuel said, How can I go? if Saul hear[ it], he will kill me. And the LORD said, Take an heifer with thee, and say, I am come to sacrifice to the LORD.

That I may be delivered from them that do not believe in Judaea; and that my service which[ I have] for Jerusalem may be accepted of the saints;

To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called[ to be] saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

And he said, O my Lord, send, I pray thee, by the hand[ of him whom] thou wilt send.And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Moses, and he said,[ Is] not Aaron the Levite thy brother? I know that he can speak well. And also, behold, he cometh forth to meet thee: and when he seeth thee, he will be glad in his heart.And thou shalt speak unto him, and put words in his mouth: and I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do.And he shall be thy spokesman unto the people: and he shall be,[ even] he shall be to thee instead of a mouth, and thou shalt be to him instead of God.And thou shalt take this rod in thine hand, wherewith thou shalt do signs.And Moses went and returned to Jethro his father in law, and said unto him, Let me go, I pray thee, and return unto my brethren which[ are] in Egypt, and see whether they be yet alive. And Jethro said to Moses, Go in peace.And the LORD said unto Moses in Midian, Go, return into Egypt: for all the men are dead which sought thy life.

Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it; for their wickedness is come up before me.But Jonah rose up to flee unto Tarshish from the presence of the LORD, and went down to Joppa; and he found a ship going to Tarshish: so he paid the fare thereof, and went down into it, to go with them unto Tarshish from the presence of the LORD.

That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also.

And it came to pass, as Peter passed throughout all[ quarters], he came down also to the saints which dwelt at Lydda.

And he said, What have I sinned, that thou wouldest deliver thy servant into the hand of Ahab, to slay me?[ As] the LORD thy God liveth, there is no nation or kingdom, whither my lord hath not sent to seek thee: and when they said,[ He is] not[ there]; he took an oath of the kingdom and nation, that they found thee not.And now thou sayest, Go, tell thy lord, Behold, Elijah[ is here].And it shall come to pass,[ as soon as] I am gone from thee, that the Spirit of the LORD shall carry thee whither I know not; and[ so] when I come and tell Ahab, and he cannot find thee, he shall slay me: but I thy servant fear the LORD from my youth.Was it not told my lord what I did when Jezebel slew the prophets of the LORD, how I hid an hundred men of the LORD’S prophets by fifty in a cave, and fed them with bread and water?And now thou sayest, Go, tell thy lord, Behold, Elijah[ is here]: and he shall slay me.

Which thing I also did in Jerusalem: and many of the saints did I shut up in prison, having received authority from the chief priests; and when they were put to death, I gave my voice against[ them].And I punished them oft in every synagogue, and compelled[ them] to blaspheme; and being exceedingly mad against them, I persecuted[ them] even unto strange cities.

And I persecuted this way unto the death, binding and delivering into prisons both men and women.

Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I did[ it] ignorantly in unbelief.And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.This[ is] a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.

Then I said, I will not make mention of him, nor speak any more in his name. But[ his word] was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not[ stay].For I heard the defaming of many, fear on every side. Report,[ say they], and we will report it. All my familiars watched for my halting,[ saying], Peradventure he will be enticed, and we shall prevail against him, and we shall take our revenge on him.

So the spirit lifted me up, and took me away, and I went in bitterness, in the heat of my spirit; but the hand of the LORD was strong upon me.

But now I go unto Jerusalem to minister unto the saints.For it hath pleased them of Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor saints which are at Jerusalem.

Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.
