吾人苟能以天主之精神、昭事天主、一心以基督耶穌為榮、而不恃形體、斯則真受割禮矣。

又云：『願爾萬邦民、咸同義塞樂。』又云：『萬邦共稱主、億兆齊頌美。』而意灑雅書亦曰：『葉瑟之根苗、掘興治萬邦；萬邦所依恃生靈所仰望。』天主乃希望之泉源、爾等信之、必得飽嘗神樂及平安、且憑聖神之力、而懷無窮之望焉。

仁宅義路。惟吾德馨。

耶穌甫自水出、諸天倏為洞開、見天主之神、化作鴿狀、降於其身；

且吾人之能因信德而臻恩寵之境、歡忻雀躍以望天主之光榮者、亦全賴基督之功德耳。

兄弟之中，貧賤者應以高尚自慶，富貴者應以謙恭為樂。蓋世之榮華、猶如草花、不久即謝；

於是舉邑騰歡。

望爾等常能怡然自樂於主之懷中；予且重複言之、爾固宜常怡然自樂。

顧爾傲慢成性、至今猶誇誕如初；凡此誇誕、皆屬非善。

悅懌爾言。勝似金銀。

天國猶如田間寶藏、有人偶發、即掩之、忻然而去、盡售所有、購置新田。

天既曙、有司遣隸傳語、釋此二人。
