Who is a God like You, who pardons wrongdoing And passes over a rebellious act of the remnant of His possession? Shepherd Your people with Your scepter, The flock of Your possession Which lives by itself in the woodland, In the midst of a fruitful field. Let them feed in Bashan and Gilead As in the days of old.“ As in the days when you went out from the land of Egypt, I will show you miracles.”

when He comes to be glorified among His saints on that day, and to be marveled at among all who have believed— because our testimony to you was believed.

Then their offspring will be known among the nations, And their descendants in the midst of the peoples. All who see them will recognize them Because they are the offspring whom the Lord has blessed.I will rejoice greatly in the Lord, My soul will be joyful in my God; For He has clothed me with garments of salvation, He has wrapped me with a robe of righteousness, As a groom puts on a turban, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.For as the earth produces its sprouts, And as a garden causes the things sown in it to spring up, So the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise To spring up before all the nations.For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent, And for Jerusalem’s sake I will not keep quiet, Until her righteousness goes forth like brightness, And her salvation like a torch that is burning.The nations will see your righteousness, And all kings your glory; And you will be called by a new name Which the mouth of the Lord will designate.You will also be a crown of beauty in the hand of the Lord, And a royal headband in the hand of your God.It will no longer be said to you,“ Forsaken,” Nor to your land will it any longer be said,“ Desolate”; But you will be called,“ My delight is in her,” And your land,“ Married”; For the Lord delights in you, And to Him your land will be married.For as a young man marries a virgin, So your sons will marry you; And as the groom rejoices over the bride, So your God will rejoice over you.

Behold, I am going to gather them out of all the lands to which I have driven them in My anger, in My wrath, and in great indignation; and I will bring them back to this place and have them live in safety.They shall be My people, and I will be their God;and I will give them one heart and one way, so that they will fear Me always, for their own good and for the good of their children after them.I will make an everlasting covenant with them that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; and I will put the fear of Me in their hearts, so that they will not turn away from Me.I will rejoice over them to do them good and will faithfully plant them in this land with all My heart and all My soul.

To grant those who mourn in Zion, Giving them a garland instead of ashes, The oil of gladness instead of mourning, The cloak of praise instead of a disheartened spirit. So they will be called oaks of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.

How long will you waver, You rebellious daughter? Just as it is written in the Law of Moses, all this disaster has come on us; yet we have not sought the favor of the Lord our God by turning from our wrongdoing and giving attention to Your truth.

For I do not want you, brothers and sisters, to be uninformed of this mystery— so that you will not be wise in your own estimation— that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in;

whom heaven must receive until the period of restoration of all things, about which God spoke by the mouths of His holy prophets from ancient times.

In those days and at that time I will make a righteous Branch of David sprout; and He shall execute justice and righteousness on the earth.In those days Judah will be saved and Jerusalem will live in safety; and this is the name by which it will be called: the Lord is our righteousness.’For this is what the Lord says:‘ David shall not lack a man to sit on the throne of the house of Israel;and the Levitical priests shall not lack a man before Me to offer burnt offerings, to burn grain offerings, and to prepare sacrifices continually.’ ”And the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah, saying,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ If you can break My covenant for the day and My covenant for the night, so that day and night do not occur at their proper time,then My covenant with David My servant may also be broken, so that he will not have a son to reign on his throne, and with the Levitical priests, My ministers.As the heavenly lights cannot be counted, and the sand of the sea cannot be measured, so I will multiply the descendants of My servant David and the Levites who serve Me.’ ”And the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah, saying,“ Have you not observed what these people have asserted, saying,‘ The two families which the Lord chose, He has rejected them’? So they despise My people as no longer being a nation in their sight.This is what the Lord says:‘ If My covenant for day and night does not continue, and I have not established the fixed patterns of heaven and earth,then I would reject the descendants of Jacob and David My servant, so as not to take from his descendants rulers over the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. But I will restore their fortunes and have mercy on them.’ ”

In those days and at that time,’ declares the Lord,‘ search will be made for the wrongdoing of Israel, but there will be none; and for the sins of Judah, but they will not be found; for I will forgive those whom I leave as a remnant.’

“ The Lord of armies says this:‘ It will yet turn out that peoples will come, that is, the inhabitants of many cities.The inhabitants of one city will go to another, saying,“ Let’s go at once to plead for the favor of the Lord, and to seek the Lord of armies; I also will go.”So many peoples and mighty nations will come to seek the Lord of armies in Jerusalem, and to plead for the favor of the Lord.’The Lord of armies says this:‘ In those days ten people from all the nations will grasp the garment of a Jew, saying,“ Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.” ’ ”

The Lord roars from Zion And utters His voice from Jerusalem, And the heavens and the earth quake. But the Lord is a refuge for His people, And a stronghold for the sons of Israel.Then you will know that I am the Lord your God, Dwelling on Zion, My holy mountain. So Jerusalem will be holy, And strangers will no longer pass through it.And on that day The mountains will drip with sweet wine, And the hills will flow with milk, And all the brooks of Judah will flow with water; And a spring will go out from the house of the Lord And water the Valley of Shittim.Egypt will become a wasteland, And Edom will become a desolate wilderness, Because of the violence done to the sons of Judah, In whose land they have shed innocent blood.But Judah will be inhabited forever, And Jerusalem for all generations.And I will avenge their blood which I have not avenged, For the Lord dwells in Zion.

How blessed is he whose wrongdoing is forgiven, Whose sin is covered!How blessed is a person whose guilt the Lord does not take into account, And in whose spirit there is no deceit!When I kept silent about my sin, my body wasted away Through my groaning all day long.For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me; My vitality failed as with the dry heat of summer. I will betroth you to Me forever; Yes, I will betroth you to Me in righteousness and in justice, In favor and in compassion,And I will betroth you to Me in faithfulness. Then you will know the Lord.“ And it will come about on that day that I will respond,” declares the Lord.“ I will respond to the heavens, and they will respond to the earth,And the earth will respond to the grain, to the new wine, and to the oil, And they will respond to Jezreel.I will sow her for Myself in the land. I will also have compassion on her who had not obtained compassion, And I will say to those who were not My people,‘ You are My people!’ And they will say,‘ You are my God!’ ”

But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you search for Him with all your heart and all your soul.When you are in distress and all these things happen to you, in the latter days you will return to the Lord your God and listen to His voice.For the Lord your God is a compassionate God; He will not abandon you nor destroy you, nor forget the covenant with your fathers which He swore to them.

Therefore, after being sent on their way by the church, they were passing through both Phoenicia and Samaria, describing in detail the conversion of the Gentiles, and they were bringing great joy to all the brothers and sisters.

And the redeemed of the Lord will return And come to Zion with joyful shouting, And everlasting joy will be on their heads. They will obtain gladness and joy, And sorrow and sighing will flee away.

Therefore this is what the Lord God says:“ Now I will restore the fortunes of Jacob and have mercy on all the house of Israel; and I will be jealous for My holy name.They will forget their disgrace and all their treachery which they perpetrated against Me, when they live securely on their own land with no one to make them afraid.When I bring them back from the peoples and gather them from the lands of their enemies, then I shall show Myself holy through them in the sight of the many nations.Then they will know that I am the Lord their God because I made them go into exile among the nations, and then I gathered them again to their own land; and I will leave none of them there any longer.I will not hide My face from them any longer, for I will have poured out My Spirit on the house of Israel,” declares the Lord God.

As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our wrongdoings from us.

And say to them,‘ This is what the Lord God says:“ Behold, I am going to take the sons of Israel from among the nations where they have gone, and I will gather them from every side and bring them into their own land;and I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel; and one king will be king for all of them; and they will no longer be two nations, and no longer be divided into two kingdoms.They will no longer defile themselves with their idols, or with their detestable things, or with any of their offenses; but I will rescue them from all their dwelling places in which they have sinned, and will cleanse them. And they will be My people, and I will be their God.“ And My servant David will be king over them, and they will all have one shepherd; and they will walk in My ordinances, and keep My statutes and follow them.And they will live on the land that I gave to My servant Jacob, in which your fathers lived; and they will live on it, they, and their sons and their sons’ sons, forever; and My servant David will be their leader forever.And I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant with them. And I will place them and multiply them, and set My sanctuary in their midst forever.My dwelling place also will be among them; and I will be their God, and they will be My people.And the nations will know that I am the Lord who sanctifies Israel, when My sanctuary is in their midst forever.” ’ ”

“ Therefore I will judge you, house of Israel, each according to his conduct,” declares the Lord God.“ Repent and turn away from all your offenses, so that wrongdoing does not become a stumbling block to you.Hurl away from you all your offenses which you have committed and make yourselves a new heart and a new spirit! For why should you die, house of Israel?For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone who dies,” declares the Lord God.“ Therefore, repent and live!”

“ For I know their works and their thoughts; the time is coming to gather all the nations and tongues. And they shall come and see My glory.And I will put a sign among them and send survivors from them to the nations: Tarshish, Put, Lud, Meshech, Tubal, and Javan, to the distant coastlands that have neither heard of My fame nor seen My glory. And they will declare My glory among the nations.Then they shall bring all your countrymen from all the nations as a grain offering to the Lord, on horses, in chariots, in litters, on mules, and on camels, to My holy mountain Jerusalem,” says the Lord,“ just as the sons of Israel bring their grain offering in a clean vessel to the house of the Lord.I will also take some of them as priests and Levites,” says the Lord.“ For just as the new heavens and the new earth, Which I make, will endure before Me,” declares the Lord,“ So will your descendants and your name endure.

“ Then I will appoint over them one shepherd, My servant David, and he will feed them; he will feed them himself and be their shepherd.And I, the Lord, will be their God, and My servant David will be prince among them; I the Lord have spoken.“ And I will make a covenant of peace with them and eliminate harmful animals from the land, so that they may live securely in the wilderness and sleep in the woods.I will make them and the places around My hill a blessing. And I will make showers fall in their season; they will be showers of blessing.Also the tree of the field will yield its fruit and the earth will yield its produce, and they will be secure on their land. Then they will know that I am the Lord, when I have broken the bars of their yoke and have saved them from the hand of those who enslaved them.They will no longer be plunder to the nations, and the animals of the earth will not devour them; but they will live securely, and no one will make them afraid.I will establish for them a renowned planting place, and they will not again be victims of famine in the land, and they will not endure the insults of the nations anymore.Then they will know that I, the Lord their God, am with them, and that they, the house of Israel, are My people,” declares the Lord God.“ As for you, My sheep, the sheep of My pasture, you are mankind, and I am your God,” declares the Lord God.

Then I will teach wrongdoers Your ways, And sinners will be converted to You.

Let’s examine and search out our ways, And let’s return to the Lord.

“ For this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days,” declares the Lord:“ I will put My law within them and write it on their heart; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.They will not teach again, each one his neighbor and each one his brother, saying,‘ Know the Lord,’ for they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,” declares the Lord,“ for I will forgive their wrongdoing, and their sin I will no longer remember.”

Be gracious to me, God, according to Your faithfulness; According to the greatness of Your compassion, wipe out my wrongdoings.Wash me thoroughly from my guilt And cleanse me from my sin.For I know my wrongdoings, And my sin is constantly before me.

“ Arise, shine; for your light has come, And the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.For behold, darkness will cover the earth And deep darkness the peoples; But the Lord will rise upon you And His glory will appear upon you.Nations will come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising.“ Raise your eyes all around and see; They all gather together, they come to you. Your sons will come from afar, And your daughters will be carried on the hip.Then you will see and be radiant, And your heart will thrill and rejoice; Because the abundance of the sea will be turned to you, The wealth of the nations will come to you.A multitude of camels will cover you, The young camels of Midian and Ephah; All those from Sheba will come; They will bring gold and frankincense, And proclaim good news of the praises of the Lord.All the flocks of Kedar will be gathered to you, The rams of Nebaioth will serve you; They will go up on My altar with acceptance, And I will glorify My glorious house.Who are these who fly like a cloud And like the doves to their windows?Certainly the coastlands will wait for Me; And the ships of Tarshish will come first, To bring your sons from afar, Their silver and their gold with them, For the name of the Lord your God, And for the Holy One of Israel because He has glorified you.“ Foreigners will build up your walls, And their kings will serve you; For in My wrath I struck you, And in My favor I have had compassion on you.Your gates will be open continually; They will not be closed day or night, So that people may bring you the wealth of the nations, With their kings led in procession.For the nation and the kingdom which will not serve you will perish, And the nations will be utterly ruined.The glory of Lebanon will come to you, The juniper, the elm tree and the cedar together, To beautify the place of My sanctuary; And I will make the place of My feet glorious.The sons of those who afflicted you will come bowing to you, And all those who despised you will bow down at the soles of your feet; And they will call you the city of the Lord, The Zion of the Holy One of Israel.“ Whereas you have been forsaken and hated With no one passing through, I will make you an object of pride forever, A joy from generation to generation.You will also suck the milk of nations, And suck the breast of kings; Then you will know that I, the Lord, am your Savior And your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.Instead of bronze I will bring gold, And instead of iron I will bring silver, And instead of wood, bronze, And instead of stones, iron. And I will make peace your administrators, And righteousness your overseers.Violence will not be heard again in your land, Nor devastation or destruction within your borders; But you will call your walls salvation, and your gates praise.No longer will you have the sun for light by day, Nor will the moon give you light for brightness; But you will have the Lord as an everlasting light, And your God as your glory.Your sun will no longer set, Nor will your moon wane; For you will have the Lord as an everlasting light, And the days of your mourning will be over.Then all your people will be righteous; They will possess the land forever, The branch of My planting, The work of My hands, That I may be glorified.The smallest one will become a thousand, And the least one a mighty nation. I, the Lord, will bring it about quickly in its time.”

and He made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation,

and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.”

with gentleness correcting those who are in opposition, if perhaps God may grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth,
