耶穌走遍全加利利，在他們的會堂裡教導人，傳天國的福音，並且使民中各樣的疾病和各樣的症狀痊癒。

主啊，現在求你鑒察他們的威嚇，使你的奴僕們能滿有膽量地傳講你的話語。

「我曾在你們中間走遍各地，宣講神的國，但現在，看哪，我知道你們都不會再見到我的面了！

他們禱告完了，聚集的地方就被震動，大家都被聖靈充滿，就坦然無懼地傳講神的話語。

可是腓利傳講有關神國的福音和耶穌基督之名的時候，他們就相信了，無論男女都受了洗，

但是主站在我身邊，使我剛強，為要藉著我使傳道得以完成，讓所有外邦人都能聽見；我也從獅子口裡被救了出來。

並且大多數的弟兄因著我所受的捆鎖，就在主裡深信不疑、無所懼怕，更加大膽地傳講這話語。

同時也要為我們禱告：願神給我們開福音的門，使我們能傳講基督的奧祕——我也是為此被捆鎖的，願我能照著所當說的，把這奧祕顯明出來。

他們每天在聖殿和各家各戶不住地教導人，傳福音說耶穌是基督。

我為這福音受苦，甚至像罪犯一樣被捆綁；然而神的話語是不受捆綁的。

不久以後，耶穌走遍各個城鎮鄉村，講道、傳神國的福音。與他在一起的有十二使徒。

當夜，主站在保羅旁邊，說：「你要鼓起勇氣！你怎樣在耶路撒冷鄭重地見證有關我的事，也必須照樣在羅馬做見證。」
