Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts,

耶和华啊，求你将你的道指教我，我要照你的真理而行；求你使我专心敬畏你的名！

我们所夸的是：我们在世为人，特别是跟你们的关系，是凭着神所赐的坦率和真诚，不是靠人的聪明，而是靠神的恩惠；这是我们的良心可以作证的。

于是狱警领他们上自己的家里去，给他们摆上饭。他和全家的人，因为信了神，都满心喜乐。

他们都专注于使徒的教导和彼此的团契，擘饼和祈祷。

他们一进城，就上了所住的楼房；在那里有彼得、约翰、雅各、安得烈、腓力、多马、巴多罗买、马太、亚勒腓的儿子雅各、激进党的西门，和雅各的儿子犹大。这些人和几个妇人，包括耶稣的母亲马利亚，和耶稣的兄弟，都同心合意地恒切祷告。

尼希米对他们说：“你们去吃肥美的，喝甘甜的，有不能预备的就分给他，因为今日是我们主的圣日。你们不要忧愁，因靠耶和华而得的喜乐是你们的力量。”

或劝勉的，要专一劝勉；施舍的，要诚实；治理的，要殷勤；怜悯人的，要乐意。

常在圣殿里称颂神。

你们聚会的时候，不是在吃主的晚餐，因为吃的时候，各人先吃自己的饭，甚至有人饥饿，有人酒醉。难道你们没有家可以吃喝吗？还是你们藐视神的教会，使那没有的羞愧呢？我该对你们说什么呢？我要称赞你们吗？在这事上我绝不称赞你们！

你和你的儿女、仆婢，以及住在你城里的利未人、在你中间寄居的和孤儿寡妇，都要在那里，耶和华—你神选择作为他名居所的地方，在耶和华—你神面前欢乐。

你们作仆人的，要凡事听从你们肉身的主人，不要只在眼前服事，像是讨人喜欢的，总要心存诚实，因为你们敬畏主。

你只管欢欢喜喜吃你的饭，心中快乐喝你的酒，因为神已经悦纳你的作为。

坐下来和他们用餐的时候，耶稣拿起饼来，祝福了，擘开，递给他们。

“眼睛是身体的灯。你的眼睛若明亮，全身就光明；

我若谢恩而吃，为什么因我谢恩的物被人毁谤呢？所以，你们或吃或喝，无论做什么，都要为荣耀神而做。

下午三点钟祷告的时候，彼得和约翰上圣殿去。

使徒听了这话，天将亮的时候就进圣殿里去教导人。大祭司和他一起的人来了，叫齐议会的人和以色列人的众长老，然后派人到监牢里去把使徒提出来。

只要把杯盘里面的施舍给人，对你们来说一切就都洁净了。

在那里，你们和你们的全家都可以在耶和华—你们神的面前吃，并且因你们手所做的一切蒙耶和华—你的神赐福而欢乐。

你们和儿女、仆婢，以及住在你们城里，没有与你们一起分得产业的利未人，都要在耶和华—你们的神面前欢乐。

我只怕你们的心偏邪了，失去那向基督所献诚恳贞洁的心，就像蛇用诡诈诱惑了夏娃一样。

作仆人的，你们要惧怕战兢，用诚实的心听从你们肉身的主人，好像听从基督一般；
