Some time later Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let us go back and visit the believers in all the towns where we preached the word of the Lord and see how they are doing.”

Some time later Paul spoke to Barnabas.“ Let’s go back to all the towns where we preached the word of the Lord,” he said.“ Let’s visit the believers and see how they are doing.”

And after some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let us return and visit the brothers in every city where we proclaimed the word of the Lord, and see how they are.”

After some time Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s go back and visit each city where we previously preached the word of the Lord, to see how the new believers are doing.”

After some time had passed, Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s go back and visit the brothers and sisters in every town where we have preached the word of the Lord and see how they’re doing.”

After some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s return and visit the brothers and sisters in every city in which we proclaimed the word of the Lord, and see how they are.”

Then after some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let us now go back and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they are doing.”

And after some days Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us return now and visit the brethren in every city wherein we proclaimed the word of the Lord, and see how they fare.

After some time had passed, Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s go back and visit the brothers in every town where we have preached the message of the Lord and see how they’re doing.”

And some days after Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us go again and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord,[ and see] how they do.

After some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s return and visit the brothers in every town where we proclaimed the word of the Lord to see how they are doing.”

保罗和他的同伴从帕弗开船，来到旁非利亚的别加，约翰却离开他们，回耶路撒冷去了。他们从别加往前行，来到彼西底的安提阿。在安息日，他们进了会堂就坐下。

使徒知道了，就逃到吕高尼的路司得和特庇两个城，以及周围地方去，

他们既蒙圣灵差遣，就下到西流基，从那里坐船往塞浦路斯去，

二人对着众人跺掉脚上的尘土，然后往以哥念去了。

二人经过彼西底来到旁非利亚，在别加讲了道，就下亚大利去，

我们昼夜切切祈求要见你们的面，来补足你们信心的不足。愿我们的父神自己和我们的主耶稣，为我们开路到你们那里去。

同样的事也发生在以哥念。保罗和巴拿巴进了犹太人的会堂，在那里讲道，所以有很多犹太人和希腊人都信了。

保罗和巴拿巴对那城里的人传了福音，使好些人成为门徒后，又回路司得、以哥念、安提阿去，

“他到了四十岁，心中起意去看望他的弟兄以色列人。

我一想起你的眼泪，就急切想见你，好让我满心快乐。

我赤身露体，你们给我穿；我病了，你们看顾我；我在监狱里，你们来看我。’

最重要的是：你们行事为人要与基督的福音相称，这样，无论我来见你们，或不在你们那里，都可以听到你们的景况，知道你们同有一个心志，站立得稳，为福音的信仰齐心努力，

我流浪在外，你们没有留我住；我赤身露体，你们没有给我穿；我病了，我在监狱里，你们没有来看顾我。’

但是，提摩太刚从你们那里回来，将你们信心和爱心的好消息报给我们，又说你们常常记念我们，切切想见我们，如同我们想见你们一样。

于是，摩西回到他岳父叶特罗那里，对他说：“请你让我回埃及我同胞那里，看他们还在不在。”叶特罗对摩西说：“平平安安地去吧！”

除了这些外表的事以外，我还有为众教会操心的事天天压在我身上。

因为我迫切地想见你们，要把一些属灵的恩赐分给你们，使你们得以坚固，

耶和华—以色列的神论到那些牧养他百姓的牧人如此说：“你们赶散我的羊群，并未看顾他们；看哪，我必惩罚你们的恶行。这是耶和华说的。

弟兄们，我们被迫暂时与你们分离，身体离开，心却没有；我们极力想法子，渴望见你们的面。所以我们很想到你们那里去。我—保罗有一两次要去，只是撒但阻挡了我们。
