因為他預先所知道的人，就預先定下效法他兒子的模樣，使他兒子在許多弟兄中作長子。預先所定下的人又召他們來；所召來的人又稱他們為義；所稱為義的人又叫他們得榮耀。

這是怎麼樣呢？以色列人所求的，他們沒有得着。惟有蒙揀選的人得着了；其餘的就成了頑梗不化的。

我另外有羊，不是這圈裏的；我必須領他們來，他們也要聽我的聲音，並且要合成一羣，歸一個牧人了。

只是你們不信，因為你們不是我的羊。我的羊聽我的聲音，我也認識他們，他們也跟着我。

並叫外邦人因他的憐憫榮耀神。如經上所記：因此，我要在外邦中稱讚你，歌頌你的名；又說：你們外邦人當與主的百姓一同歡樂；又說：外邦啊，你們當讚美主！萬民哪，你們都當頌讚他！又有以賽亞說：將來有耶西的根，就是那興起來要治理外邦的；外邦人要仰望他。

就如神從創立世界以前，在基督裏揀選了我們，使我們在他面前成為聖潔，無有瑕疵；

也不但替這一國死，並要將神四散的子民都聚集歸一。

主所愛的弟兄們哪，我們本該常為你們感謝神；因為他從起初揀選了你們，叫你們因信真道，又被聖靈感動，成為聖潔，能以得救。神藉我們所傳的福音召你們到這地步，好得着我們主耶穌基督的榮光。

他們和保羅約定了日子，就有許多人到他的寓處來。保羅從早到晚，對他們講論這事，證明神國的道，引摩西的律法和先知的書，以耶穌的事勸勉他們。

我們先上船，開往亞朔去，意思要在那裏接保羅；因為他是這樣安排的，他自己打算要步行。

並知道他向我們這信的人所顯的能力是何等浩大，

弟兄們，你們曉得司提法那一家，是亞該亞初結的果子，並且他們專以服事聖徒為念。

我說：『主啊，我當做甚麼？』主說：『起來，進大馬士革去，在那裏，要將所派你做的一切事告訴你。』

那天使對他們說：「不要懼怕！我報給你們大喜的信息，是關乎萬民的；因今天在大衛的城裏，為你們生了救主，就是主基督。

十一個門徒往加利利去，到了耶穌約定的山上。

在上有權柄的，人人當順服他，因為沒有權柄不是出於神的。凡掌權的都是神所命的。

我要向你的聖殿下拜，為你的慈愛和誠實稱讚你的名；因你使你的話顯為大，過於你所應許的。

讚美神，得眾民的喜愛。主將得救的人天天加給他們。

弟兄們，我還有話說：請你們為我們禱告，好叫主的道理快快行開，得着榮耀，正如在你們中間一樣，

眾人念了，因為信上安慰的話就歡喜了。

在那城裏，就大有歡喜。

保羅、巴拿巴與他們大大地紛爭辯論；眾門徒就定規，叫保羅、巴拿巴和本會中幾個人，為所辯論的，上耶路撒冷去見使徒和長老。

於是領受他話的人就受了洗。那一天，門徒約添了三千人，

他們出會堂的時候，眾人請他們到下安息日再講這話給他們聽。
