比頑童者、盜刼人口者、誑言者、妄誓者、及一切逆正教之事而設、

惟爾行事、當與基督福音相稱、則我或來見爾、或在遠方、聞爾之事、可知爾曹一心堅立、同一志為福音之道而戰、戰或作協力

凡事省察、惟據於善、

若有人施教、與此不同、不從我主耶穌基督之正言、及虔敬之訓、

當求得真理、智慧、訓誨、達道、永守莫失、莫失原文作不鬻

我儕既有大祭司長已升天者、即天主子耶穌、則當持守所奉之教、

昔所託於爾之善道、當賴居於我中之聖神守之、○

持守所奉使我有望之道、堅定不移、蓋許我儕之主、誠信者也、

惟爾曹所有者、當固守之、待及我來、

基督為子、治理其家、我儕若持守毅然之心、與可誇之望、鞏固至終、則皆為其家、

我子、當守智慧智謀、必常在爾目中、

所言當正、無可指摘、使仇敵無從議論爾惡、自覺慚愧、○

父誨我曰、爾心當存念我言、恪守我命、則可得生、當求智慧、當得明哲、不可遺忘、不可偏離我口所言、勿棄智慧、智慧則保爾、須愛智慧、智慧則護爾、智慧為首善、務必購求、在所欲得之中、以明哲為要、尊崇智慧、則使爾升高、懷念智慧、則使爾尊榮、

執持訓誨、不可遺失、當恪守之、蓋此為爾之生命、

持守智慧者、如得生命之樹、執持智慧者、悉有福、

我有謀畧、我有真見、我具明哲、我有權力、

因聞爾信基督耶穌、並愛諸聖徒、
