也請你們為我禱告，求上帝賜我口才，讓我勇敢地把福音的奧祕講解明白。我為傳福音成了披枷帶鎖的使者。請你們為我禱告，使我能盡忠職守，放膽傳福音。

弟兄姊妹，請為我們禱告。

因為大門為我敞開了，工作很有成效，不過反對我的人也很多。

要為我們禱告，求上帝為我們打開傳道的門，好傳揚基督的奧祕——我就是為此而被囚禁的。

主的道從你們那裡不僅傳到了馬其頓和亞該亞，還傳到了其他各地，你們對上帝的信心也廣為人知，我們無須再多說什麼。

上帝的道日見興旺，越傳越廣。

不斷地禱告，

主的道就這樣傳開了，大大興旺起來。

弟兄姊妹，你們自己知道，我們那次探望你們並沒有白費。

因為我們傳福音給你們不只是靠言語，也靠上帝的能力、聖靈的同在和充分的確據。你們也知道，我們為了你們的緣故怎樣在你們中間行事為人。

因此，你們要祈求莊稼的主人派更多的工人去收割。」

我為這福音受苦，甚至像犯人一樣被囚禁，但上帝的道是囚禁不住的。

我要向你的聖殿下拜，稱謝你的名，因為你是慈愛信實的，你顯明自己的尊名和應許偉大無比。

上帝的道興旺起來，耶路撒冷的門徒大大增多，連許多祭司也皈信了。

最後，弟兄姊妹，既然你們領受了我們的教導，知道怎樣行才能討上帝的喜悅，如你們現在所行的，我們靠著主耶穌懇求、勸勉你們要更加努力。

我們不住地感謝上帝，因為你們從我們這裡聽了上帝的道後就接受了，確信這不是人的道理，而是上帝的道。這道正在你們信的人心裡發揮作用。

弟兄姊妹，我藉著我們主耶穌基督和聖靈所賜的愛心，懇求你們與我一同竭力禱告，為我祈求上帝，

你們也要用祈禱幫助我們，使恩典藉著許多人的禱告臨到我們，眾人便因此而為我們感恩。

外族人聽後，非常歡喜，頌讚主的道。凡被選定得永生的人都信了主。主的道傳遍了那個地方。

並對他們說：「要收割的莊稼很多，工人卻很少，因此你們要祈求莊稼的主人派更多的工人去收割祂的莊稼。

請為我們禱告，因為我們自信良心無愧，凡事都願意遵行正道。也請你們特別為我禱告，使我能夠早日回到你們那裡。
