He and all his men went to Baalah in Judah to bring up from there the ark of God, which is called by the Name, the name of the Lord Almighty, who is enthroned between the cherubim on the ark.

He and all his men went to Baalah in Judah. They wanted to bring the ark of God up to Jerusalem from there. The ark is named after the Lord. He is the Lord who rules over all. He sits on his throne between the cherubim that are on the ark.

And David arose and went with all the people who were with him from Baale-judah to bring up from there the ark of God, which is called by the name of the Lord of hosts who sits enthroned on the cherubim.

He led them to Baalah of Judah to bring back the Ark of God, which bears the name of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, who is enthroned between the cherubim.

領約瑟如領羊羣之以色列的牧者啊，求你留心聽！坐在二基路伯上的啊，求你發出光來！

基列‧耶琳人就下來，將耶和華的約櫃接上去，放在山上亞比拿達的家中，分派他兒子以利亞撒看守耶和華的約櫃。

於是，大衛將以色列人從埃及的西曷河直到哈馬口都招聚了來，要從基列‧耶琳將神的約櫃運來。大衛率領以色列眾人上到巴拉，就是屬猶大的基列‧耶琳，要從那裏將約櫃運來。這約櫃就是坐在二基路伯上耶和華神留名的約櫃。

要用金子錘出兩個基路伯來，安在施恩座的兩頭。這頭做一個基路伯，那頭做一個基路伯，二基路伯要接連一塊，在施恩座的兩頭。二基路伯要高張翅膀，遮掩施恩座。基路伯要臉對臉，朝着施恩座。要將施恩座安在櫃的上邊，又將我所要賜給你的法版放在櫃裏。我要在那裏與你相會，又要從法櫃施恩座上二基路伯中間，和你說我所要吩咐你傳給以色列人的一切事。」

他們得了啟示，知道他們所傳講的一切事，不是為自己，乃是為你們。那靠着從天上差來的聖靈傳福音給你們的人，現在將這些事報給你們；天使也願意詳細察看這些事。

我們救贖主的名是萬軍之耶和華－以色列的聖者。

因為造你的是你的丈夫；萬軍之耶和華是他的名。救贖你的是以色列的聖者；他必稱為全地之神。

祭司將耶和華的約櫃擡進內殿，就是至聖所，放在兩個基路伯的翅膀底下。基路伯張着翅膀在約櫃之上，遮掩約櫃和擡櫃的槓。

這以色列婦人的兒子褻瀆了聖名，並且咒詛，就有人把他送到摩西那裏。（他母親名叫示羅密，是但支派底伯利的女兒。）他們把那人收在監裏，要得耶和華所指示的話。耶和華曉諭摩西說：「把那咒詛聖名的人帶到營外。叫聽見的人都放手在他頭上；全會眾就要用石頭打死他。你要曉諭以色列人說：凡咒詛神的，必擔當他的罪。那褻瀆耶和華名的，必被治死；全會眾總要用石頭打死他。不管是寄居的是本地人，他褻瀆耶和華名的時候，必被治死。

又從山頂延到尼弗多亞的水源，通到以弗崙山的城邑，又延到巴拉（巴拉就是基列‧耶琳）；又從巴拉往西繞到西珥山，接連到耶琳山的北邊（耶琳就是基撒崙）；又下到伯‧示麥過亭納，

又有基列‧巴力（基列‧巴力就是基列‧耶琳）、拉巴，共兩座城，還有屬城的村莊。
