以色列人、祭司和利未人，以及其餘被擄歸回的人都歡歡喜喜地為神的這殿行奉獻禮。他們為這神殿的奉獻禮獻了一百頭公牛、二百隻公綿羊、四百隻小綿羊，又照以色列支派的數目獻十二隻公山羊，作以色列眾人的贖罪祭。
