他們將押尼珥葬在希伯崙。王在押尼珥的墓旁放聲而哭，眾民也都哭了。

神啊，你必使惡人下入滅亡的坑；流人血、行詭詐的人必活不到半世，但我要倚靠你。

「人若犯該死的罪，被治死了，你將他掛在木頭上，他的屍首不可留在木頭上過夜，必要當日將他葬埋，免得玷污了耶和華－你神所賜你為業之地。因為被掛的人是在神面前受咒詛的。

交在基遍人的手裏。基遍人就把他們，在耶和華面前，懸掛在山上，這七人就一同死亡。被殺的時候正是收割的日子，就是動手割大麥的時候。

因為你們怎樣論斷人，也必怎樣被論斷；你們用甚麼量器量給人，也必用甚麼量器量給你們。
