So Joab went to the king and said,“ What have you done? Abner has come to you! Why would you send him away? Now he’s gone on his way!

约押去见王说：“你这是做什么呢？押尼珥来见你，你为何送他去，他就踪影不见了呢？

约押到王那里，说：“你这是做什么呢？看哪，押尼珥来到你这里，你为何送他走，让他去了呢？

约押听后，就去见王，说：“你这做的是什么事？押尼珥来见你，你为什么放他走呢？

约押进去见王，说：“你作了什么事？押尼珥来见你，你为什么把他送走？现在他已经走了。

約押去見王說：「你這是做甚麼呢？押尼珥來見你，你為何送他去，他就蹤影不見了呢？

約押到王那裏，說：「你這是做甚麼呢？看哪，押尼珥來到你這裏，你為何送他走，讓他去了呢？

約押聽後，就去見王，說：「你這做的是什麼事？押尼珥來見你，你為什麼放他走呢？

約押進去見王，說：“你作了甚麼事？押尼珥來見你，你為甚麼把他送走？現在他已經走了。

約押就進去見王說：『你幹了甚麼事了？你看，押尼珥來見你，你為甚麼把他送走，讓他走掉了呢？

約押來見王，說：「你做了什麼呢？看哪，押尼珥來見你，你為什麼把他送走呢？他竟然離開了！

約押詣王曰、爾何所為、押尼珥來見、奚為遣之、而彼已去、

約押見王曰、王果何為。押尼耳至此、爾遣之去、曷故。

約押入見王曰、王果何為、押尼珥至此、爾何遣之去耶、

So Joab went to the king and said,“ What have you done? Look, Abner came to you. Why did you let him go? Now he is gone!

So Joab went to the king. He said,“ What have you done? Abner came to you. Why did you let him get away? Now he’s gone!

Then Joab went to the king and said,“ What have you done? Behold, Abner came to you. Why is it that you have sent him away, so that he is gone?

Joab rushed to the king and demanded,“ What have you done? What do you mean by letting Abner get away?

Joab went to the king and said,“ What have you done? Look here, Abner came to you. Why did you dismiss him? Now he’s getting away.

Then Joab came to the king and said,“ What have you done? Behold, Abner came to you; why then have you let him go, so that he is already gone?

Then Joab came to the king and said,“ What have you done? Look, Abner came to you; why is it that you sent him away, and he has already gone?

Then Joab came to the king, and said, What hast thou done? behold, Abner came unto thee; why is it that thou hast sent him away, and he is quite gone?

Joab went to the king and said,“ What have you done? Look here, Abner came to you. Why did you dismiss him? Now he’s getting away.

Then Joab came to the king, and said, What hast thou done? behold, Abner came unto thee; why[ is] it[ that] thou hast sent him away, and he is quite gone?

Then Joab came to the king, and said,“ What have you done? Behold, Abner came to you. Why is it that you have sent him away, and he is already gone?

So Joab visited the king at his home. He said,“ Today you have embarrassed all your servants who have saved your life this day, as well as the lives of your sons, your daughters, your wives, and your concubines.You seem to love your enemies and hate your friends! For you have as much as declared today that leaders and servants don’t matter to you. I realize now that if Absalom were alive and all of us were dead today, it would be all right with you.So get up now and go out and give some encouragement to your servants. For I swear by the LORD that if you don’t go out there, not a single man will stay here with you tonight! This disaster will be worse for you than any disaster that has overtaken you from your youth right to the present time!”

These words of Ish-bosheth really angered Abner and he said,“ Am I the head of a dog that belongs to Judah? This very day I am demonstrating loyalty to the house of Saul your father and to his relatives and his friends! I have not betrayed you into the hand of David. Yet you have accused me of sinning with this woman today!

Then Balak said to Balaam,“ What have you done to me? I brought you to curse my enemies, but on the contrary you have only blessed them!”

Today I am weak, even though I am anointed as king. These men, the sons of Zeruiah, are too much for me to bear! May the LORD punish appropriately the one who has done this evil thing!”

Pilate answered,“ I am not a Jew, am I? Your own people and your chief priests handed you over to me. What have you done?”
