于是迦得来见大卫，对他说：“你愿意国中有七年的饥荒呢？是在你敌人面前逃跑，被追赶三个月呢？是在你国中有三日的瘟疫呢？现在你要揣摩思想，我好回复那差我来的。”

于是迦得来到大卫那里告诉他，问他：“你要国中有七年的饥荒呢？或是你在敌人面前逃跑，被追赶三个月呢？或是在你国中有三日的瘟疫呢？现在你要考虑思量，我怎样去回覆那差我来的。”

于是迦得来见大卫，问他说：“你要国中三年（按照《马索拉文本》，“三年”作“七年”；现参照《七十士译本》翻译；参代上21:12）的饥荒呢？或是要在你敌人面前逃跑，被追赶三个月呢？或是要国中有三天的瘟疫呢？现在你要想想，决定我该用什么话回覆那差我来的。”

於是迦得來見大衛，對他說：「你願意國中有七年的饑荒呢？是在你敵人面前逃跑，被追趕三個月呢？是在你國中有三日的瘟疫呢？現在你要揣摩思想，我好回覆那差我來的。」

於是迦得來見大衛，通知他，問他說：『你願意你這地有三年饑荒呢？還是你在敵人面前逃跑、而他追趕着你三個月呢？抑或在你這地有三天的瘟疫呢？現在你要思想、要看清楚我該用甚麼話去回覆那差遣我的。』

迦得就來見大衛，向他傳告說：「你要國中遭受饑荒七年，或被敵人追逼逃亡三個月，還是國中有瘟疫三天呢？現在你要想好，看看我應該怎樣回話給派遣我來的那一位。」

迦得遂詣大衛曰、或饑饉臨於爾土七年、或為敵追襲遁逃三月、或疫癘流行爾國三日、爾其思之、俾我覆遣我者、

伽得告大闢曰、或饑饉臨於爾土、歷至七年、或為敵追襲、歷至三月、或瘟疫流行爾國、歷至三日、爾其思之、俾我反告遣我者。

So Gad went to David and said to him,“ Shall there come on you three years of famine in your land? Or three months of fleeing from your enemies while they pursue you? Or three days of plague in your land? Now then, think it over and decide how I should answer the one who sent me.”

So Gad went to David. He said to him,“ Take your choice. Do you want three years when there won’t be enough food in your land? Or do you want three months when you will run away from your enemies while they chase you? Or do you want three days when there will be a plague in your land? Think it over. Then take your pick. Tell me how to answer the one who sent me.”

So Gad came to David and told him, and said to him,“ Shall three years of famine come to you in your land? Or will you flee three months before your foes while they pursue you? Or shall there be three days’ pestilence in your land? Now consider, and decide what answer I shall return to him who sent me.”

So Gad came to David and asked him,“ Will you choose three years of famine throughout your land, three months of fleeing from your enemies, or three days of severe plague throughout your land? Think this over and decide what answer I should give the Lord who sent me.”

So Gad went to David, told him the choices, and asked him,“ Do you want three years of famine to come on your land, to flee from your foes three months while they pursue you, or to have a plague in your land three days? Now, consider carefully what answer I should take back to the one who sent me.”

So Gad came to David and told him, and said to him,“ Shall seven years of famine come to you in your land? Or will you flee for three months before your enemies while they pursue you? Or shall there be three days’ of plague in your land? Now consider and see what answer I shall return to Him who sent me.”

So Gad came to David and told him; and he said to him,“ Shall seven years of famine come to you in your land? Or shall you flee three months before your enemies, while they pursue you? Or shall there be three days’ plague in your land? Now consider and see what answer I should take back to Him who sent me.”

So Gad came to David, and told him, and said unto him, Shall seven years of famine come unto thee in thy land? or wilt thou flee three months before thy foes while they pursue thee? or shall there be three days’ pestilence in thy land? now advise thee, and consider what answer I shall return to him that sent me.

So Gad went to David, told him the choices, and asked him,“ Do you want three years of famine to come on your land, to flee from your foes three months while they pursue you, or to have a plague in your land three days? So Gad came to David, and told him, and said unto him, Shall seven years of famine come unto thee in thy land? or wilt thou flee three months before thine enemies, while they pursue thee? or that there be three days’ pestilence in thy land? now advise, and see what answer I shall return to him that sent me.

Gad went to David and told him,“ Shall seven years of famine come upon your land? Or shall you flee for three months from your enemy with him in hot pursuit? Or shall there be three days of plague in your land? Now decide what I should tell the one who sent me.”

So Gad came to David, and told him, and said to him,“ Shall seven years of famine come to you in your land? Or will you flee three months before your foes while they pursue you? Or shall there be three days’ pestilence in your land? Now answer, and consider what answer I shall return to him who sent me.”

或三年的饥荒；或败在你敌人面前，被敌人的刀追杀三个月；或在你国中有耶和华的刀，就是三日的瘟疫，耶和华的使者在以色列的四境施行毁灭。’现在你要想一想，我好回复那差我来的。” (cunps)

基列寄居的提斯比人以利亚对亚哈说：“我指着所侍奉永生耶和华以色列的神起誓，这几年我若不祷告，必不降露，不下雨。”耶和华的话临到以利亚说：“你离开这里往东去，藏在约旦河东边的基立溪旁。你要喝那溪里的水，我已吩咐乌鸦在那里供养你。”于是以利亚照着耶和华的话，去住在约旦河东的基立溪旁。乌鸦早晚给他叼饼和肉来，他也喝那溪里的水。过了些日子，溪水就干了，因为雨没有下在地上。 (cunps)

我又要使刀剑临到你们，报复你们背约的仇；聚集你们在各城内，降瘟疫在你们中间，也必将你们交在仇敌的手中。 (cunps)

大卫年间有饥荒，一连三年，大卫就求问耶和华。耶和华说：“这饥荒是因扫罗和他流人血之家杀死基遍人。” (cunps)

“耶和华必使你败在仇敌面前，你从一条路去攻击他们，必从七条路逃跑。你必在天下万国中抛来抛去。 (cunps)

你们要白白地劳力；因为你们的地不出土产，其上的树木也不结果子。 (cunps)

我待你们就要这样：我必命定惊惶，叫眼目干瘪、精神消耗的痨病热病辖制你们。你们也要白白地撒种，因为仇敌要吃你们所种的。我要向你们变脸，你们就要败在仇敌面前。恨恶你们的，必辖管你们；无人追赶，你们却要逃跑。 (cunps)

他们必将你困在你各城里，直到你所倚靠、高大坚固的城墙都被攻塌。他们必将你困在耶和华你神所赐你遍地的各城里。 (cunps)

耶和华必用埃及人的疮并痔疮、牛皮癣与疥攻击你，使你不能医治。 (cunps)

至于你们剩下的人，我要使他们在仇敌之地心惊胆怯。叶子被风吹的响声，要追赶他们；他们要逃避，像人逃避刀剑，无人追赶，却要跌倒。无人追赶，他们要彼此撞跌，像在刀剑之前。你们在仇敌面前也必站立不住。 (cunps)

耶和华要用痨病、热病、火症、疟疾、刀剑、旱风、霉烂攻击你。这都要追赶你，直到你灭亡。 (cunps)

耶和华必攻击你，使你膝上腿上，从脚掌到头顶，长毒疮无法医治。 (cunps)

“人子啊，若有一国犯罪干犯我，我也向他伸手折断他们的杖，就是断绝他们的粮，使饥荒临到那地，将人与牲畜从其中剪除； (cunps)

或者我叫瘟疫流行那地，使我灭命的忿怒倾在其上，好将人与牲畜从其中剪除；虽有挪亚、但以理、约伯在其中，主耶和华说：我指着我的永生起誓，他们连儿带女都不能救，只能因他们的义救自己的性命。”主耶和华如此说：“我将这四样大灾，就是刀剑、饥荒、恶兽、瘟疫降在耶路撒冷，将人与牲畜从其中剪除，岂不更重吗？ (cunps)

我对你们说实话，当以利亚的时候，天闭塞了三年零六个月，遍地有大饥荒，那时，以色列中有许多寡妇， (cunps)

也不怕黑夜行的瘟疫，或是午间灭人的毒病。 (cunps)
