David said to Uriah,“ Go down to your house and wash your feet.” Uriah departed out of the king’s house, and a gift from the king was sent after him.

遂命烏利亞曰、可下爾家、滌爾足、烏利亞出王宮、王賜食以隨其後、

Then David said to Uriah,“ Go down to your house and wash your feet.” So Uriah left the palace, and a gift from the king was sent after him.

David said to Uriah,“ Go home and enjoy some time with your wife.” So Uriah left the palace. Then the king sent him a gift.

Then David said to Uriah,“ Go down to your house and wash your feet.” And Uriah went out of the king’s house, and there followed him a present from the king.

Then he told Uriah,“ Go on home and relax.” David even sent a gift to Uriah after he had left the palace.

Then he said to Uriah,“ Go down to your house and wash your feet.” So Uriah left the palace, and a gift from the king followed him.

Then David said to Uriah,“ Go down to your house, and wash your feet.” So Uriah left the king’s house, and a gift from the king was sent after him.

And David said to Uriah,“ Go down to your house and wash your feet.” So Uriah departed from the king’s house, and a gift of food from the king followed him.

And David said to Uriah, Go down to thy house, and wash thy feet. And Uriah departed out of the king’s house, and there followed him a mess of food from the king.

Then he said to Uriah,“ Go down to your house and wash your feet.” So Uriah left the palace, and a gift from the king followed him.

Then David said to Uriah,“ Go down to your home and relax.” When Uriah left the palace, the king sent a gift to him.

Now let a little water be fetched, wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree.

Everyone lies to his neighbor. They speak with flattering lips, and with a double heart.

won’t God search this out? For he knows the secrets of the heart.

But there is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known.

Woe to those who deeply hide their counsel from Yahweh, and whose deeds are in the dark, and who say,“ Who sees us?” and“ Who knows us?”

Turning to the woman, he said to Simon,“ Do you see this woman? I entered into your house, and you gave me no water for my feet, but she has wet my feet with her tears, and wiped them with the hair of her head.

The man brought the men into Joseph’s house, and gave them water, and they washed their feet. He gave their donkeys fodder.
