为这缘故，我提醒你要把神藉着我按手所给你的恩赐再如火挑旺起来。

虽然你们已经知道这些事，并且在你们已有的真道上得到坚固，我还是要常常提醒你们这些事。我认为趁我还在这帐棚的时候，应该激发你们的记忆，因为知道我脱离这帐棚的时候快到了，正如我们的主耶稣基督所指示我的。我也要尽心竭力，使你们在我去世以后时常记念这些事。

不可急于给人行按手礼；也不可在别人的罪上有份，要保守自己纯洁。

耶稣基督的使徒彼得写信给那些被拣选，分散在本都、加拉太、加帕多家、亚细亚、庇推尼寄居的人，就是照父神的预知，藉着圣灵得以成圣，以致顺服耶稣基督，又蒙他血所洒的人。愿恩惠、平安多多地赐给你们！

既然你们因顺从真理而洁净了自己的心灵，能真诚爱弟兄，就该以清洁的心彼此切实相爱。

神实在恩待以色列那些清心的人！

就是手洁心清，意念不向虚妄，起誓不怀诡诈的人。

清心的人有福了！因为他们必得见神。

对那些犯了罪的人和其余所有的人，正如我第二次见你们的时候曾说过，现在不在你们那里再次说：“我若再来，必不宽容。”
