“ Hitch up my chariot,” Joram ordered. And when it was hitched up, Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah rode out, each in his own chariot, to meet Jehu. They met him at the plot of ground that had belonged to Naboth the Jezreelite.

“ Get my chariot ready,” King Joram ordered. When it was ready, he rode out. Ahaziah, the king of Judah, rode out with him. Each of them was in his own chariot. They both went to meet Jehu. They met him at the piece of land that had belonged to Naboth from Jezreel.

Joram said,“ Make ready.” And they made ready his chariot. Then Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah set out, each in his chariot, and went to meet Jehu, and met him at the property of Naboth the Jezreelite.

“ Quick! Get my chariot ready!” King Joram commanded. Then King Joram of Israel and King Ahaziah of Judah rode out in their chariots to meet Jehu. They met him at the plot of land that had belonged to Naboth of Jezreel.

“ Get the chariot ready!” Joram shouted, and they got it ready. Then King Joram of Israel and King Ahaziah of Judah set out, each in his own chariot, and met Jehu at the plot of land of Naboth the Jezreelite.

Then Joram said,“ Get ready.” And they made his chariot ready. Then Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot, and they went out to meet Jehu and found him on the property of Naboth the Jezreelite.

Then Joram said,“ Make ready.” And his chariot was made ready. Then Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot; and they went out to meet Jehu, and met him on the property of Naboth the Jezreelite.

And Joram said, Make ready. And they made ready his chariot. And Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot, and they went out to meet Jehu, and found him in the portion of Naboth the Jezreelite.

“ Harness!” Joram shouted, and they harnessed his chariot. Then Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah set out, each in his own chariot, and met Jehu at the plot of land of Naboth the Jezreelite.

And Joram said, Make ready. And his chariot was made ready. And Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot, and they went out against Jehu, and met him in the portion of Naboth the Jezreelite.

Jehoram ordered,“ Hitch up my chariot.” When his chariot had been hitched up, King Jehoram of Israel and King Ahaziah of Judah went out in their respective chariots to meet Jehu. They met up with him in the plot of land that had once belonged to Naboth of Jezreel.

Joram said,“ Get ready!” They got his chariot ready. Then Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot, and they went out to meet Jehu, and found him on Naboth the Jezreelite’s land.

这事以后，又发生了一件事。耶斯列人拿伯有个葡萄园，在撒玛利亚的亚哈王宫附近。一天，亚哈对拿伯说：“你的葡萄园靠近我的王宫，你把它让给我作菜园吧。我可以用更好的葡萄园来跟你交换，如果你愿意，我也可以按地价付你钱。”拿伯说：“耶和华不准我把祖先的产业给你。”亚哈不能如愿，就闷闷不乐地回到宫中，躺在床上生气，饭也不吃。他妻子耶洗别过来问他：“王为什么烦闷，不思饮食呢？”亚哈回答说：“我要耶斯列人拿伯将他的葡萄园卖给我，如果他愿意，我也可以用别的葡萄园跟他交换，可是他不肯。”耶洗别说：“你忘了自己是以色列王吗？起来吃饭吧，高兴点，我必让你得到耶斯列人拿伯的葡萄园。”

亚哈谢去见约兰，遇害身亡，这事出于上帝。原来他到那里后便与约兰去攻击宁示的孙子耶户。耶户是耶和华膏立去毁灭亚哈家的人。

亚哈问：“谁来完成这任务呢？”先知答道：“耶和华说，省长属下的青年军。”亚哈问：“谁来做统领呢？”先知答道：“你。”

拉吉的居民啊，用骏马套车逃命吧！是你们首先唆使锡安城犯罪，在你们身上看到了以色列的罪恶。

耶户对将领毕甲说：“你去把他丢在耶斯列人拿伯的田里。还记得吗？你我一起驾车跟随他父亲亚哈的时候，耶和华曾预言亚哈的事说，‘我昨天看见拿伯和他儿子们被杀，我必使你在这块田里受到报应，这是耶和华说的。’现在你照耶和华的话，把他丢在这块田里吧。”

摩西从加低斯派使者去见以东王，说：“你的弟兄以色列人说，你知道我们遭遇的种种困难。

耶洗别接到消息后，就告诉亚哈说：“耶斯列人拿伯已经死了，你去占他不肯卖给你的葡萄园吧。”亚哈听说拿伯死了，就起来，下去霸占拿伯的葡萄园。耶和华对提斯比人以利亚说：“你去撒玛利亚见以色列王亚哈，他正在拿伯的葡萄园，他到那里要霸占那葡萄园。你要对他说，‘耶和华说，你杀了人，还要夺他的产业吗？’然后告诉他，耶和华说，‘狗在哪里舔拿伯的血，也必在哪里舔你的血。’”
