And the king of Syria said, Go to, go, and I will send a letter unto the king of Israel. And he departed, and took with him ten talents of silver, and six thousand[ pieces] of gold, and ten changes of raiment.

“ By all means, go,” the king of Aram replied.“ I will send a letter to the king of Israel.” So Naaman left, taking with him ten talents of silver, six thousand shekels of gold and ten sets of clothing.

“ I think you should go,” the king of Aram replied.“ I’ll give you a letter to take to the king of Israel.” So Naaman left. He took 750 pounds of silver with him. He also took 150 pounds of gold. And he took ten sets of clothes.

And the king of Syria said,“ Go now, and I will send a letter to the king of Israel.” So he went, taking with him ten talents of silver, six thousand shekels of gold, and ten changes of clothing.

“ Go and visit the prophet,” the king of Aram told him.“ I will send a letter of introduction for you to take to the king of Israel.” So Naaman started out, carrying as gifts 750 pounds of silver, 150 pounds of gold, and ten sets of clothing.

Therefore, the king of Aram said,“ Go, and I will send a letter with you to the king of Israel.” So he went and took with him 750 pounds of silver, 150 pounds of gold, and ten sets of clothing.

Then the king of Aram said,“ Go now, and I will send a letter to the king of Israel.” So he departed and took with him ten talents of silver, six thousand shekels of gold, and ten changes of clothes.

Then the king of Syria said,“ Go now, and I will send a letter to the king of Israel.” So he departed and took with him ten talents of silver, six thousand shekels of gold, and ten changes of clothing.

And Samson said unto them, I will now put forth a riddle unto you: if ye can certainly declare it me within the seven days of the feast, and find[ it] out, then I will give you thirty sheets and thirty change of garments:

And the king said unto Hazael, Take a present in thine hand, and go, meet the man of God, and enquire of the LORD by him, saying, Shall I recover of this disease?So Hazael went to meet him, and took a present with him, even of every good thing of Damascus, forty camels’ burden, and came and stood before him, and said, Thy son Benhadad king of Syria hath sent me to thee, saying, Shall I recover of this disease?

And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them throughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter.

And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles’ hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money,Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Ghost.But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money.

And the king of Israel said unto his servants, Know ye that Ramoth in Gilead[ is] ours, and we[ be] still,[ and] take it not out of the hand of the king of Syria?

And now go to; I will tell you what I will do to my vineyard: I will take away the hedge thereof, and it shall be eaten up;[ and] break down the wall thereof, and it shall be trodden down:

And the king said unto the man of God, Come home with me, and refresh thyself, and I will give thee a reward.

Then said Saul to his servant, But, behold,[ if] we go, what shall we bring the man? for the bread is spent in our vessels, and[ there is] not a present to bring to the man of God: what have we?And the servant answered Saul again, and said, Behold, I have here at hand the fourth part of a shekel of silver:[ that] will I give to the man of God, to tell us our way.

Therefore now flee thou to thy place: I thought to promote thee unto great honour; but, lo, the LORD hath kept thee back from honour.And Balaam said unto Balak, Spake I not also to thy messengers which thou sentest unto me, saying,If Balak would give me his house full of silver and gold, I cannot go beyond the commandment of the LORD, to do[ either] good or bad of mine own mind;[ but] what the LORD saith, that will I speak?

And he said, All[ is] well. My master hath sent me, saying, Behold, even now there be come to me from mount Ephraim two young men of the sons of the prophets: give them, I pray thee, a talent of silver, and two changes of garments.And Naaman said, Be content, take two talents. And he urged him, and bound two talents of silver in two bags, with two changes of garments, and laid[ them] upon two of his servants; and they bare[ them] before him.

Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:

And there came a man from Baalshalisha, and brought the man of God bread of the firstfruits, twenty loaves of barley, and full ears of corn in the husk thereof. And he said, Give unto the people, that they may eat.

Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.

Go to now,[ ye] rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon[ you].Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.

I said in mine heart, Go to now, I will prove thee with mirth, therefore enjoy pleasure: and, behold, this also[ is] vanity.

To all of them he gave each man changes of raiment; but to Benjamin he gave three hundred[ pieces] of silver, and five changes of raiment.

And the elders of Moab and the elders of Midian departed with the rewards of divination in their hand; and they came unto Balaam, and spake unto him the words of Balak.

For I will promote thee unto very great honour, and I will do whatsoever thou sayest unto me: come therefore, I pray thee, curse me this people.And Balaam answered and said unto the servants of Balak, If Balak would give me his house full of silver and gold, I cannot go beyond the word of the LORD my God, to do less or more.
