他的仆人上前对他说：“我父啊，先知若吩咐你做一件大事，难道你会不去做吗？何况他只是说你去洗洗就可以洁净！”

他的仆人上前，对他说：“我父啊，先知如果吩咐你作一件大事，你不是照着行吗？何况他只是说：‘你去沐浴就得洁净’呢？”

他的僕人進前來，對他說：「我父啊，先知若吩咐你做一件大事，你豈不做嗎？何況說你去沐浴而得潔淨呢？」

他的僕人近前來，對他說：「我父啊，先知若吩咐你做一件大事，你豈不做嗎？何況是吩咐你去沐浴，得潔淨呢？」

他的僕人上前對他說：「我父啊，先知若吩咐你做一件大事，難道你會不去做嗎？何況他只是說你去洗洗就可以潔淨！」

他的僕人上前，對他說：“我父啊，先知如果吩咐你作一件大事，你不是照著行嗎？何況他只是說：‘你去沐浴就得潔淨’呢？”

他的僕人走近前來對他說道：『我父啊，神言人若吩咐你一件大事，你難道不作麼？何況他只對你說：「你去洗澡，而得潔淨」呢？』

其僕進而謂之曰、我父歟、先知若命爾行一大事、爾豈不行之、況僅言沐浴而得潔乎、

其從者至前、告曰、我主歟、如先知以難成之事使爾、爾豈有所不為、況彼第言、濯身而成潔乎。

其僕至前告曰、我父歟、如先知以難成之事命爾、爾亦當為之、況第言浴身而成潔乎、

Naaman’s servants went to him and said,“ My father, if the prophet had told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more, then, when he tells you,‘ Wash and be cleansed’!”

Naaman’s servants went over to him. They said,“ You are like a father to us. What if Elisha the prophet had told you to do some great thing? Wouldn’t you have done it? But he only said,‘ Wash yourself. Then you will be pure and“ clean.” ’ You should be even more willing to do that!”

But his servants came near and said to him,“ My father, it is a great word the prophet has spoken to you; will you not do it? Has he actually said to you,‘ Wash, and be clean’?”

But his officers tried to reason with him and said,“ Sir, if the prophet had told you to do something very difficult, wouldn’t you have done it? So you should certainly obey him when he says simply,‘ Go and wash and be cured!’”

But his servants approached and said to him,“ My father, if the prophet had told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more should you do it when he only tells you,‘ Wash and be clean’?”

Then his servants approached and spoke to him, saying,“ My father, had the prophet told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more then, when he says to you,‘ Wash, and be clean’?”

And his servants came near and spoke to him, and said,“ My father, if the prophet had told you to do something great, would you not have done it? How much more then, when he says to you,‘ Wash, and be clean’?”

And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee do some great thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean?

But his servants approached and said to him,“ My father, if the prophet had told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more should you do it when he tells you,‘ Wash and be clean’?”

And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father,[ if] the prophet had bid thee[ do some] great thing, wouldest thou not have done[ it]? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean?

His servants approached and said to him,“ O master, if the prophet had told you to do some difficult task, you would have been willing to do it. It seems you should be happy that he simply said,“ Wash and you will be healed.”

His servants came near, and spoke to him, and said,“ My father, if the prophet had asked you do some great thing, wouldn’t you have done it? How much rather then, when he says to you,‘ Wash, and be clean?’”

以色列王看見他們，就對以利沙說：「我父啊，我真的可以擊殺他們嗎？」

以利沙看見，就呼叫說：「我父啊！我父啊！以色列的戰車騎兵啊！」以利沙不再看見他的時候，就把自己的衣服撕為兩片。

以利沙得了致命的病，以色列王約阿施下來看他，伏在他臉上哭泣，說：「我父啊！我父啊！以色列的戰車和騎兵啊！」

在王宮裏的太監古實人以伯‧米勒，聽見他們把耶利米丟進井裏，那時王坐在便雅憫門前。以伯‧米勒從王宮裏出來，對王說：「主－我的王啊，這些人向耶利米先知一味地行惡，把他丟在井裏；他在那裏必因飢餓而死，因為城裏不再有糧食了。」王就吩咐古實人以伯‧米勒說：「你從這裏帶領三十人，趁耶利米先知還沒死，把他從井裏拉上來。」

其實，是人裏面的靈，全能者的氣使人有聰明。壽高的不都有智慧，年老的不都明白公平。

我對他說：「我主啊，你是知道的。」他向我說：「這些人是從大患難中出來的，他們曾用羔羊的血把衣裳洗得潔白。

以水藉着道把教會洗淨，使她成為聖潔，好獻給自己，作榮耀的教會，毫無玷污、皺紋等類的缺陷，而是聖潔沒有瑕疵的。

但是，神揀選了世上愚拙的，為了使有智慧的羞愧；又揀選了世上軟弱的，為了使強壯的羞愧。

以利沙派一個使者，對乃縵說：「去，在約旦河中沐浴七次，你的肉就必復原，你會得潔淨。」

拿八的一個僕人告訴拿八的妻子亞比該說：「看哪，大衛從曠野派使者來向我主人問安，主人卻辱罵他們。但是那些人待我們真好；我們在田野與他們一切來往的日子，沒有受他們欺負，也未曾失去甚麼。我們在他們那裏牧羊，一切的日子他們晝夜保護我們。現在，你當知道，看怎樣做才好。不然，禍患必定臨到我主人和他全家。他性情兇暴，無人敢與他說話。」

雖然你們在基督裏有無數的導師，卻沒有許多父親，因我是在基督耶穌裏用福音生了你們。

他救了我們，並不是因我們自己所行的義，而是照他的憐憫，藉着重生的洗和聖靈的更新。

求你將我的罪孽洗滌淨盡，潔除我的罪！

亞蘭王的臣僕對他說：「他們的神是山神，所以他們勝過我們。但在平原與他們打仗，我們一定勝過他們。

於是哈薛用四十匹駱駝，馱着大馬士革的各樣美物為禮物，去迎見以利沙。哈薛到了那裏，站在他面前，說：「你兒子亞蘭王便‧哈達派我到你這裏，問說：『我這病會不會好？』」

既然世人憑自己的智慧不認識神，神就本着自己的智慧樂意藉着人所傳愚拙的話拯救那些信的人。

彼得對他說：「你絕對不可以洗我的腳！」耶穌回答他：「我若不洗你，你就與我無份了。」

現在你為甚麼躭延呢？起來，受洗，求告他的名，洗去你的罪。』」

那麼，我們該用誠心和充足的信心，同已蒙潔淨、無虧的良心，和清水洗淨了的身體來親近神。

也不要稱呼地上的人為父，因為只有一位是你們的父，就是在天上的父。

又給約瑟坐他的副座車，在他前面有人呼叫說：「跪下。」於是，法老委派他治理埃及全地。

求你用牛膝草潔淨我，我就乾淨；求你洗滌我，我就比雪更白。

他的臣僕對他說：「看哪，我們聽說以色列家的王都是仁慈的王；讓我們腰束麻布，頭套繩索，出去到以色列王那裏，也許他會存留王的性命。」

她對女主人說：「我希望主人去見撒瑪利亞的先知，他必能治好主人的痲瘋。」

你們要洗滌、自潔，從我眼前除掉惡行；要停止作惡，

萬軍之耶和華對你們說：「兒子孝敬父親，僕人敬畏主人；我既為父親，孝敬我的在哪裏呢？我既為主人，敬畏我的在哪裏呢？你們這些藐視我名的祭司啊！」你們卻說：「我們在何事上藐視你的名呢？」

這水所預表的洗禮，現在藉着耶穌基督的復活拯救你們，不是除掉肉體的污穢，而是向神懇求有無虧的良心。
