王既籌思、乃作金犢二、告民曰、爾曹上耶路撒冷甚難、以色列人歟、導爾出埃及之神即此、遂置一犢於伯特利、一犢於但、此事陷人於罪、因民往但、崇拜其一、王於崇邱建廟、由眾民中、不屬利未族者、簡立祭司、又設節期於八月之望、若猶大之節期、而登其壇、在伯特利亦如是、獻祭於所作之犢、以所立為邱壇之祭司、置於伯特利、八月之望、即以己意所定之期、詣伯特利所作之壇、為以色列族設筵、登壇焚香、耶羅波安立於壇側、欲焚香時、適有上帝僕、奉耶和華命、自猶大至伯特利、

亦必使爾家、如尼八子耶羅波安之家、亦如亞希雅子巴沙之家、緣爾激我震怒、使以色列族陷罪、

然耶戶不專心注意、遵行以色列上帝耶和華之法律、不離棄耶羅波安陷以色列人之罪、○
