上到欣嫩子谷，貼近耶布斯的南界（耶布斯就是耶路撒冷）；又上到欣嫩谷西邊的山頂，就是在利乏音谷極北的邊界；

對他們說：『萬軍之耶和華如此說：我要照樣打碎這民和這城，正如人打碎窰匠的瓦器，以致不能再囫圇。並且人要在陀斐特葬埋屍首，甚至無處可葬。耶和華說：我必向這地方和其中的居民如此行，使這城與陀斐特一樣。耶路撒冷的房屋和猶大君王的宮殿是已經被玷污的，就是他們在其上向天上的萬象燒香、向別神澆奠祭的宮殿房屋，都必與陀斐特一樣。』」

你們中間不可有人使兒女經火，也不可有占卜的、觀兆的、用法術的、行邪術的、

並且在欣嫩子谷燒香，用火焚燒他的兒女，行耶和華在以色列人面前所驅逐的外邦人那可憎的事；

出去到欣嫩子谷、哈珥西的門口那裏，宣告我所吩咐你的話，

所羅門為摩押可憎的神基抹和亞捫人可憎的神摩洛，在耶路撒冷對面的山上建築邱壇。

又使他們的兒女經火，用占卜，行法術賣了自己，行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，惹動他的怒氣。

卻效法以色列諸王所行的，又照着耶和華從以色列人面前趕出的外邦人所行可憎的事，使他的兒子經火，

你們奉上供物使你們兒子經火的時候，仍將一切偶像玷污自己，直到今日嗎？以色列家啊，我豈被你們求問嗎？主耶和華說：我指着我的永生起誓，我必不被你們求問。

她們行淫，手中有殺人的血，又與偶像行淫，並使她們為我所生的兒女經火燒給偶像。此外，她們還有向我所行的，就是同日玷污我的聖所，干犯我的安息日。她們殺了兒女獻與偶像，當天又入我的聖所，將聖所褻瀆了。她們在我殿中所行的乃是如此。

並在欣嫩子谷使他的兒女經火，又觀兆，用法術，行邪術，立交鬼的和行巫術的，多行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，惹動他的怒氣，

你行淫亂豈是小事，竟將我的兒女殺了，使他們經火歸與他嗎？

只是我告訴你們，凡向弟兄動怒的，難免受審判；凡罵弟兄是拉加的，難免公會的審判；凡罵弟兄是魔利的，難免地獄的火。

並使他的兒子經火，又觀兆，用法術，立交鬼的和行巫術的，多行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，惹動他的怒氣；

因他們將一切頭生的經火，我就任憑他們在這供獻的事上玷污自己，好叫他們淒涼，使他們知道我是耶和華。
