Hilkiah the priest, Ahikam, Akbor, Shaphan and Asaiah went to speak to the prophet Huldah, who was the wife of Shallum son of Tikvah, the son of Harhas, keeper of the wardrobe. She lived in Jerusalem, in the New Quarter.

Hilkiah the priest went to speak to Huldah the prophet. So did Ahikam, Akbor, Shaphan and Asaiah. Huldah was the wife of Shallum. Shallum was the son of Tikvah. Tikvah was the son of Harhas. Shallum took care of the sacred robes. Huldah lived in the New Quarter of Jerusalem.

他有四個女兒，都是童女，是會說預言的。

其餘的人民捐獻金子一百六十八公斤，銀子一千一百四十公斤、祭司的禮服六十七件。

以利沙伯一聽見馬利亞的問安，腹中的胎兒就跳動，以利沙伯也被聖靈充滿，就高聲說：“你在女子中是有福的！你腹中的胎兒也是有福的！我主的母親竟然到我這裡來。這事怎會臨到我呢？你看，你問安的聲音一進我的耳朵，我腹中的胎兒就歡喜跳躍。這相信主傳給她的話必要成就的女子是有福的。”馬利亞說：“我心尊主為大，我靈以神我的救主為樂，因為他垂顧他婢女的卑微，看哪！今後萬代都要稱我為有福。全能者為我行了大事，他的名為聖；他的憐憫世世代代歸與敬畏他的人。他用膀臂施展大能，驅散心裡妄想的狂傲人。他使有權能的失位，叫卑微的升高，讓飢餓的得飽美食，使富足的空手回去。他扶助了他的僕人以色列，為要記念他的憐憫，正如他向我們列祖所說的，恩待亞伯拉罕和他的後裔，直到永遠。”馬利亞和以利沙伯同住約有三個月，就回家去了。

又有一個女先知，就是亞拿，是亞設支派法內利的女兒。她已經上了年紀，從童女出嫁，和丈夫住了七年，

亞倫的姊姊女先知米利暗，手裡拿著鼓；所有的婦女都跟著她出來，擊鼓跳舞。

女人禱告或講道的時候，如果不蒙著頭，就是羞辱自己的頭，因為這就好像剃了頭髮一樣。

有一位女先知底波拉，是拉比多的妻子，那時正治理以色列人。

我曾經把你從埃及地領上來，把你從為奴之家贖出來；我也差派了摩西、亞倫和米利暗在你前面行。

耶戶對掌管衣櫥的說：“把禮服拿出來，給所有拜巴力的人穿。”他就把禮服拿出來給他們穿上。

耶和華說：“到那日，必有呼叫的聲音從魚門發出來，必有哀號從新區發出來，必有崩裂巨響從山間發出來。
