耶和华必使埃及的海干涸，挥手用焦热的风使幼发拉底河分成七条溪流，使人可以涉水而过。

那时是收割的季节，河水高涨，淹没两岸。民众拔营准备过河的时候，抬约柜的祭司走在前头，当他们的脚刚一踏进河水，

大海啊，你为何奔逃？约旦河啊，你为何倒流？大山啊，你为何如公羊一般跳跃？小山啊，你为何像羊羔一样蹦跳？大地啊，你要在主面前，在雅各的上帝面前战抖，

以利亚听见后，就用外袍蒙着脸出去站在洞口。那声音问他：“以利亚，你在这里做什么？”

以色列人凭信心渡过红海，如履干地，埃及人试图过去，却被海水淹没。

第六位天使将碗倒在幼发拉底大河上，河水立刻干了，为东方各国的王预备了道路。
