因爾向我暴怒、及爾狂傲之聲、達於我耳、我必置鈎於爾鼻、置勒於爾口、使循原途而返、

因爾狂妄驕奢、升聞於上、故必置圈於爾鼻、置勒於爾口、使爾仍由其途而返。

因爾之怒號向我、又聞爾驕傲之聲、故必穿環於爾鼻、置勒於爾口、使爾由來道而返、

Because you rage against me and because your insolence has reached my ears, I will put my hook in your nose and my bit in your mouth, and I will make you return by the way you came.’

You roar against me and brag. And I have heard your bragging. So I will put my hook in your nose. I will put my bit in your mouth. And I will make you go home by the same way you came.” ’ ”

Because you have raged against me and your complacency has come into my ears, I will put my hook in your nose and my bit in your mouth, and I will turn you back on the way by which you came.

And because of your raging against me and your arrogance, which I have heard for myself, I will put my hook in your nose and my bit in your mouth. I will make you return by the same road on which you came.”

他从哪条路来，必从那条路回去，必不得来到这城。这是耶和华说的。

我必用钩子钩住你的腮颊，令江河中的鱼贴住你的鳞甲；我要把你和所有贴着鳞甲的鱼从你的江河中拉上来。

主耶和华指着自己的神圣起誓说：‘看哪，日子将到，人必用钩子将你们钩去，用鱼钩把你们中最后一个钩去。

你能用绳索穿它的鼻子吗？能用钩子穿它的腮骨吗？

我要把你掉转过来，用钩子钩住你的腮颊，把你和你的军兵、马匹、骑兵都带走。他们全都披挂整齐，成为大军，佩带大小盾牌，各人拿着刀剑；

恶人为何轻慢神，心里说“你必不追究”？你已经察看，顾念人的忧患和愁苦，放在你的手中。无倚无靠的人把自己交托给你，你向来是帮助孤儿的。

“世人若恨你们，你们要知道，他们在恨你们以前已经恨我了。

不要忘记你敌人的喧闹，就是那时常上升、起来对抗你之人的喧哗。

“你们这硬着颈项，心与耳未受割礼的人哪，时常抗拒圣灵！你们的祖宗怎样，你们也怎样。

使诸海的响声和其中波浪的响声，并万民的喧哗，都平静了。

他的气息如涨溢的河水，直涨到颈项，要用毁灭的筛网筛净列国，并在众民口中安放导错方向的嚼环。

你不可像那无知的骡马，须用嚼环缰绳勒住，不然，它就不会靠近你。

耶和华啊，大水扬起，大水发声，大水澎湃。耶和华在高处大有威力，胜过诸水的响声，洋海的大浪。

亚述王西拿基立就拔营回去，住在尼尼微。一日，他在他的神明尼斯洛庙里叩拜，他儿子亚得米勒和沙利色用刀杀了他，然后逃到亚拉腊地；他儿子以撒‧哈顿接续他作王。

他们怒气填胸，彼此商议怎样对付耶稣。

万邦喧嚷，国度动摇；神出声，地就熔化。

因为你的仇敌喧嚷，恨你的抬起头来。

列国为什么争闹？万民为什么图谋虚妄？世上的君王都站稳，臣宰一同算计，要对抗耶和华，对抗他的受膏者：“我们要挣脱他们的捆绑，脱去他们的绳索。”那坐在天上的必讥笑，主必嗤笑他们。那时，他要在怒中责备他们，在烈怒中惊吓他们：

恨我的也恨我的父。我若没有在他们中间做过别人未曾做的事，他们就没有罪；但如今连我与我的父，他们也看见了，也恨恶了。

他们又用钩子钩住它，把它放入笼中，带到巴比伦王那里，把它押进城堡，以色列山上就不再听见它的声音。

你的敌人在你会中吼叫，他们竖起自己的标帜为记号，

耶和华啊，求你在怒中起来，挺身而立，抵挡我敌人的烈怒！求你为我兴起！你已经发令施行审判。
