你辱骂谁？亵渎谁？扬起声来，高举眼目攻击谁呢？乃是攻击以色列的圣者！

‘你辱骂谁，亵渎谁，扬起声来，高举眼目攻击谁呢？你攻击的是以色列的圣者。

‘你辱骂谁，亵渎谁，扬起声来，高举眼目攻击谁呢？你攻击的是以色列的圣者。

你在侮辱、亵渎谁呢？你不放在眼里、高声骂的是谁呢？是以色列的圣者！

你辱骂了谁，亵渎了谁？你扬声攻击谁呢？你高举眼目是向谁傲慢呢？就是攻击以色列的圣者。

你辱罵誰？褻瀆誰？揚起聲來，高舉眼目攻擊誰呢？乃是攻擊以色列的聖者！

『你辱罵誰，褻瀆誰，揚起聲來，高舉眼目攻擊誰呢？你攻擊的是以色列的聖者。

『你辱罵誰，褻瀆誰，揚起聲來，高舉眼目攻擊誰呢？你攻擊的是以色列的聖者。

你在侮辱、褻瀆誰呢？你不放在眼裡、高聲罵的是誰呢？是以色列的聖者！

你辱罵了誰，褻瀆了誰？你揚聲攻擊誰呢？你高舉眼目是向誰傲慢呢？就是攻擊以色列的聖者。

你辱罵誰，褻瀆誰？你揚起聲來、攻擊誰呢？你高舉眼目、傲慢誰呢？乃是傲慢以色列之聖者呀。

爾所侮所謗者為誰、向誰揚爾聲、高爾目、乃以色列之聖者也、

爾所侮所欺者為誰、爾白眼而視、疾聲而呼、欲攻誰乎。豈非以色列族之聖者乎。

爾毀謗誰、褻瀆誰、揚爾聲、高爾目、欲攻誰耶、乃攻以色列之聖者、

Who is it you have ridiculed and blasphemed? Against whom have you raised your voice and lifted your eyes in pride? Against the Holy One of Israel!

Who have you laughed at? Who have you spoken evil things against? Who have you raised your voice against? Who have you looked at so proudly? You have done it against me. I am the Holy One of Israel!

“ Whom have you mocked and reviled? Against whom have you raised your voice and lifted your eyes to the heights? Against the Holy One of Israel!

“ Whom have you been defying and ridiculing? Against whom did you raise your voice? At whom did you look with such haughty eyes? It was the Holy One of Israel!

Who is it you mocked and blasphemed? Against whom have you raised your voice and lifted your eyes in pride? Against the Holy One of Israel!

Whom have you taunted and blasphemed? And against whom have you raised your voice, And haughtily raised your eyes? Against the Holy One of Israel!

‘ Whom have you reproached and blasphemed? Against whom have you raised your voice, And lifted up your eyes on high? Against the Holy One of Israel.

Whom hast thou defied and blasphemed? and against whom hast thou exalted thy voice and lifted up thine eyes on high? even against the Holy One of Israel.

Who is it you mocked and blasphemed? Against whom have you raised your voice and lifted your eyes in pride? Against the Holy One of Israel!

Whom hast thou reproached and blasphemed? and against whom hast thou exalted[ thy] voice, and lifted up thine eyes on high?[ even] against the Holy[ One] of Israel.

Whom have you taunted and hurled insults at? At whom have you shouted, and looked so arrogantly? At the Holy One of Israel!

Whom have you defied and blasphemed? Against whom have you exalted your voice and lifted up your eyes on high? Against the Holy One of Israel!

Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel. (niv)

I will praise you with the harp for your faithfulness, my God; I will sing praise to you with the lyre, Holy One of Israel. (niv)

Leave this way, get off this path, and stop confronting us with the Holy One of Israel!”Therefore this is what the Holy One of Israel says:“ Because you have rejected this message, relied on oppression and depended on deceit, (niv)

This is what the Sovereign Lord, the Holy One of Israel, says:“ In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength, but you would have none of it. (niv)

For Israel and Judah have not been forsaken by their God, the Lord Almighty, though their land is full of guilt before the Holy One of Israel. (niv)

He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God. (niv)

Rise up, O God, and defend your cause; remember how fools mock you all day long.Do not ignore the clamor of your adversaries, the uproar of your enemies, which rises continually. (niv)

Then the commander stood and called out in Hebrew,“ Hear the word of the great king, the king of Assyria!This is what the king says: Do not let Hezekiah deceive you. He cannot deliver you from my hand.Do not let Hezekiah persuade you to trust in the Lord when he says,‘ The Lord will surely deliver us; this city will not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria.’“ Do not listen to Hezekiah. This is what the king of Assyria says: Make peace with me and come out to me. Then each of you will eat fruit from your own vine and fig tree and drink water from your own cistern,until I come and take you to a land like your own— a land of grain and new wine, a land of bread and vineyards, a land of olive trees and honey. Choose life and not death!“ Do not listen to Hezekiah, for he is misleading you when he says,‘ The Lord will deliver us.’Has the god of any nation ever delivered his land from the hand of the king of Assyria?Where are the gods of Hamath and Arpad? Where are the gods of Sepharvaim, Hena and Ivvah? Have they rescued Samaria from my hand?Who of all the gods of these countries has been able to save his land from me? How then can the Lord deliver Jerusalem from my hand?” (niv)

“ Son of man, say to the ruler of Tyre,‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says:“‘ In the pride of your heart you say,“ I am a god; I sit on the throne of a god in the heart of the seas.” But you are a mere mortal and not a god, though you think you are as wise as a god.Are you wiser than Daniel? Is no secret hidden from you?By your wisdom and understanding you have gained wealth for yourself and amassed gold and silver in your treasuries.By your great skill in trading you have increased your wealth, and because of your wealth your heart has grown proud.“‘ Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says:“‘ Because you think you are wise, as wise as a god,I am going to bring foreigners against you, the most ruthless of nations; they will draw their swords against your beauty and wisdom and pierce your shining splendor.They will bring you down to the pit, and you will die a violent death in the heart of the seas.Will you then say,“ I am a god,” in the presence of those who kill you? You will be but a mortal, not a god, in the hands of those who slay you. (niv)

those whose eyes are ever so haughty, whose glances are so disdainful; (niv)

You said in your heart,“ I will ascend to the heavens; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of Mount Zaphon.I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.” (niv)

Does the ax raise itself above the person who swings it, or the saw boast against the one who uses it? As if a rod were to wield the person who lifts it up, or a club brandish the one who is not wood! (niv)

But when his heart became arrogant and hardened with pride, he was deposed from his royal throne and stripped of his glory.He was driven away from people and given the mind of an animal; he lived with the wild donkeys and ate grass like the ox; and his body was drenched with the dew of heaven, until he acknowledged that the Most High God is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth and sets over them anyone he wishes.“ But you, Belshazzar, his son, have not humbled yourself, though you knew all this.Instead, you have set yourself up against the Lord of heaven. You had the goblets from his temple brought to you, and you and your nobles, your wives and your concubines drank wine from them. You praised the gods of silver and gold, of bronze, iron, wood and stone, which cannot see or hear or understand. But you did not honor the God who holds in his hand your life and all your ways. (niv)

It may be that the Lord your God will hear all the words of the field commander, whom his master, the king of Assyria, has sent to ridicule the living God, and that he will rebuke him for the words the Lord your God has heard. Therefore pray for the remnant that still survives.” (niv)

We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. (niv)

Isaiah said to them,“ Tell your master,‘ This is what the Lord says: Do not be afraid of what you have heard— those words with which the underlings of the king of Assyria have blasphemed me. (niv)

You still set yourself against my people and will not let them go. (niv)

Their mouths lay claim to heaven, and their tongues take possession of the earth. (niv)

Pharaoh said,“ Who is the Lord, that I should obey him and let Israel go? I do not know the Lord and I will not let Israel go.” (niv)
