The Lord afflicted the king with leprosy until the day he died, and he lived in a separate house. Jotham the king’s son had charge of the palace and governed the people of the land.

The Lord caused King Uzziah to suffer from a skin disease until the day he died. He lived in a separate house. His son Jotham was in charge of the palace. Jotham ruled over the people of the land.

And the Lord touched the king, so that he was a leper to the day of his death, and he lived in a separate house. And Jotham the king’s son was over the household, governing the people of the land.

The Lord struck the king with leprosy, which lasted until the day he died. He lived in isolation in a separate house. The king’s son Jotham was put in charge of the royal palace, and he governed the people of the land.

永恆主對摩西說：『她父親若吐唾沫在她臉上，她不是要蒙羞七天麼？把她關閉在營外七天，然後才可以收她回營。』

押沙龍常常清早起來，站在城門路旁；凡有爭訟要去求王判斷的，押沙龍便叫他過來，問他說：『你是屬於哪一城的？』回答說：『僕人是屬於以色列某一族派的。』押沙龍往往對這種人說：『看哪，你的案件有情有理；無奈王沒有委人聽你伸訴。』押沙龍又說：『恨不得我在此地做審判官；凡有爭訟求判斷的人到我這裏來，我可秉公判斷。』

願這罪責盤旋在約押頭上、和他父系全家；又願約押家不斷有患漏症的、患痲瘋屬之病的、架柺而行的、倒斃於刀下的、缺乏食物的。』

他不徇王子的情面，也不重富人而輕貧寒；因為二者都是他手所造的。

以色列眾人聽見王所決定的判斷，就都敬畏王；因為見王心裏有上帝的智慧能行判斷。

雲彩從會棚旁一挪開，哎呀，米利暗竟患了痲瘋屬之病了，就像雪那麼白；亞倫向米利暗細看一下，只見她真地患了痲瘋屬之病了。

因此乃縵的痲瘋屬之病必沾住你和你後裔到永遠。』基哈西從以利沙面前退出來，就患了痲瘋屬之病，像雪那麼白。

大衛作王管理全以色列；大衛對他的眾民都秉公行義。

他既強盛，就心驕氣傲，以致行事腐敗，對永恆主他的上帝不忠實，進永恆主的殿堂、要在香壇上燒香。跟他進去的有祭司亞撒利雅，還有同亞撒利雅在一起的、永恆主的祭司八十個、有勇氣的人。他們阻擋烏西雅王，對他說：『烏西雅啊，向永恆主燒香並不是你應作的事，乃是亞倫子孫作祭司者的事啊；他們才是受聖職來燒香的。你出聖所吧！因為你行了僭妄事了；並且永恆主上帝也不使你得尊榮。』烏西雅就很生氣；他原有香爐在手裏要燒香；他一向祭司生氣的時候，就在永恆主殿中香壇旁邊祭司們面前、他額上就患起痲瘋屬之病來了。祭司長亞撒利雅和眾祭司正在觀看，只見他額上患起痲瘋屬之病來了！他們慌慌忙忙地推他離開那裏，他自己呢、也趕快出來，因為永恆主以災病擊打了他。烏西雅王就成了痲瘋屬病人、直到死的日子；他既是個痲瘋屬病的人，就住在隔離宮裏，因為是受割絕離開永恆主之殿的。王子約坦管理王的家，為猶大地人民判斷是非。烏西雅其餘的事、其始末、亞摩斯的兒子神言人以賽亞都記了下來。烏西雅跟他列祖一同長眠，人將他埋葬在君王葬地、和他列祖同在一處，因為人說：『他是個痲瘋屬病人。』他兒子約坦接替他作王。

上帝啊，將你的判斷才德賜給王哦；將你的公義賜給王的兒子哦！

『在關於痲瘋屬災病上、你要謹慎、照祭司利未人所指教你們的一切事極力謹慎遵行；我怎樣吩咐他們，你們就要怎樣遵行。

有四個人、是患痲瘋屬之病的、在城門那裏；他們彼此說：『我們為甚麼在這裏坐着等死呢？

求你賜給你僕人能聽案件的心，可以為你人民判斷，能夠辨別好壞；因為誰能為你這數量這麼重的人民判斷呢？』
