惟耶和華因與亞伯拉罕以撒雅各所立之約、施恩矜恤之、眷顧之、尚不滅之、不逐之於其前、

But the Lord was gracious to them and had compassion and showed concern for them because of his covenant with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. To this day he has been unwilling to destroy them or banish them from his presence.

But the Lord helped Israel. He was tender and kind to them. He showed concern for them. He did all these things because of the covenant he had made with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. To this day he hasn’t been willing to destroy Israel. And he hasn’t driven them out of his land.

But the Lord was gracious to them and had compassion on them, and he turned toward them, because of his covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and would not destroy them, nor has he cast them from his presence until now.

But the Lord was gracious and merciful to the people of Israel, and they were not totally destroyed. He pitied them because of his covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And to this day he still has not completely destroyed them or banished them from his presence.

有何神像你，赦免罪孽，不追究產業之餘民的過犯呢？他不永遠懷怒，因為他喜愛憐憫。他必再憐愛我們，把我們的罪孽都踐踏在腳下，又把我們（按照《馬索拉文本》，“我們”作“他們”；現參照其他抄本、《七十士譯本》和其他古譯本翻譯）的一切罪惡都投在深海裡。你必向雅各顯誠實，向亞伯拉罕施慈愛，就是古時，你起誓應許我們列祖的。

耶和華沒有定命要將以色列的名從天下塗抹，所以藉著約阿施的兒子耶羅波安的手拯救他們。

我要使你的後裔好像地上灰塵那麼多；若能數算地上的灰塵，才能數算你的後裔。你起來，縱橫走遍這地，因為我必把這地賜給你。”

然而耶和華我的神啊，求你垂顧你僕人的禱告和懇求，垂聽你僕人今天在你面前所作的呼籲和禱告。

因為耶和華的怒氣向耶路撒冷和猶大發作，直到他把他們從自己的面前趕走。後來，西底家背叛了巴比倫王。

我要與你立約，要使你的後裔人丁興旺。”於是亞伯蘭俯伏在地，神又告訴他，說：“看哪，這就是我和你所立的約：你要作多國的父。你的名不要再叫亞伯蘭，要叫亞伯拉罕，因為我已經立了你作萬國的父。

於是耶和華向以色列人大大發怒，把他們從自己面前趕走，只剩下猶大一個支派。

神聽見他們的呼聲，就記念他與亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各所立的約。神看顧以色列人，也關注他們。

向我們列祖施憐憫，記念他的聖約，就是他對我們祖先亞伯拉罕所起的誓，

因此，耶和華必等候要恩待你們；他必興起來憐憫你們，因為耶和華是公義的神。等候他的，都是有福的。錫安的人民、耶路撒冷的居民哪！你們必不再哭泣。他必因你哀求的聲音恩待你；他聽見的時候，就必應允你。

然而因你豐富的憐憫，你不把他們滅盡，也不撇棄他們，因為你是有恩典有憐憫的神。“我們的神啊，你是至大、全能、至可畏、守約施慈愛的神，現在求你不要把我們、我們的君王和領袖、我們的祭司和先知、我們的列祖和你的眾民，從亞述列王的日子直到今日所遭遇的一切苦難，看為小事。

耶和華說：“人既然是屬肉體的，我的靈就不永遠住在他裡面，但他的日子還有一百二十年。”

以色列人就從他們中間除去外族人的神，事奉耶和華；耶和華的心因以色列人所受的患難，就很著急。

又說：“我是你父親的神、亞伯拉罕的神、以撒的神、雅各的神。”摩西因為怕見神，就把自己的臉蒙住了。耶和華說：“我的子民在埃及所受的痛苦，我實在看見了；他們因受督工的轄制所發的呼聲，我也聽見了；他們的痛苦，我是知道的。

但我把他們拔出來以後，我必再憐憫他們，把他們領回來，各自歸回自己的產業，自己的故鄉。

不要把我從你面前丟棄，不要從我身上收回你的聖靈。

我要與你，和你世世代代的後裔，堅立我的約，成為永遠的約，使我作你和你的後裔的神。我要把你現在寄居的地，就是迦南全地，賜給你和你的後裔，作永遠的產業，我也要作他們的神。”

耶和華說：“我要使我的一切美善都在你面前經過，並且要把我的名字耶和華在你面前宣告出來；我要恩待誰，就恩待誰；我要憐憫誰，就憐憫誰。”

耶和華要為自己的子民伸冤，為自己的僕人難過，因為耶和華看見他們的能力已經消逝，為奴的或自由的都沒有剩下一人。

耶和華在摩西面前經過，並且宣告說：“耶和華，耶和華，是有憐憫有恩典的神，不輕易發怒，並且有豐盛的慈愛和誠實，為千千萬萬人留下慈愛，赦免罪孽、過犯和罪惡。一定要清除罪，追討罪孽自父及子至孫，直到三四代。”

求你記念你的僕人亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各；你曾經指著自己向他們起誓，說：‘我必使你的後裔增多，好像天上的星一樣；我必把我應許的這全地賜給你的後裔，他們必永遠承受這地作產業。’”於是，耶和華改變初衷，不把他所說的禍降在他的人民身上。

當主來的時候，他們要受永遠沉淪的懲罰，就是離開主的面和他權能的榮光。在那一天，他要在聖徒身上得著榮耀，又要在所有信徒身上受到尊崇（你們也在他們當中，因為你們信了我們向你們所作的見證）。

但是，主啊！你是有憐憫有恩典的神，你不輕易發怒，並且有極大的慈愛和信實。

我就記念我與雅各所立的約，記念我與以撒所立的約，與亞伯拉罕所立的約；我也記念這地。

他扶助了他的僕人以色列，為要記念他的憐憫，正如他向我們列祖所說的，恩待亞伯拉罕和他的後裔，直到永遠。”

他雖然使人憂愁，卻必照著他豐盛的慈愛施憐憫。

他永遠記念他的約，他記念他所吩咐的話，直到千代，

“王也要對左邊的說：‘你們這被咒詛的，離開我，到為魔鬼和他的使者所預備的永火裡去吧！
