王再遣五十夫長、率卒五十、謂之曰、上帝之僕、王命爾速下。

亚哈谢王又派一个五十夫长率领五十人去以利亚那里，五十夫长对以利亚说：“上帝的仆人啊，王命令你马上下来。”

王再次派一个五十夫长和他的五十名手下到以利亚那里去。那五十夫长对以利亚说：“神人哪！王这样吩咐：‘你赶快下来。’”

At this the king sent to Elijah another captain with his fifty men. The captain said to him,“ Man of God, this is what the king says,‘ Come down at once!’”

After that happened, the king sent another captain to Elijah. The captain had his 50 men with him. He said to Elijah,“ Man of God, the king says,‘ Come down at once!’ ”

Again the king sent to him another captain of fifty men with his fifty. And he answered and said to him,“ O man of God, this is the king’s order,‘ Come down quickly!’”

So the king sent another captain with fifty men. The captain said to him,“ Man of God, the king demands that you come down at once.”

So the king sent another captain with his fifty men to Elijah. He took in the situation and announced,“ Man of God, this is what the king says:‘ Come down immediately!’”

So the king again sent to him another captain of fifty with his fifty men. And he said to him,“ You man of God, this is what the king says:‘ Come down quickly!’ ”

Then he sent to him another captain of fifty with his fifty men. And he answered and said to him:“ Man of God, thus has the king said,‘ Come down quickly!’”

And again he sent unto him another captain of fifty with his fifty. And he answered and said unto him, O man of God, thus hath the king said, Come down quickly.

So the king sent another captain of 50 with his 50 men to Elijah. He took in the situation and announced,“ Man of God, this is what the king says:‘ Come down immediately!’”

Again also he sent unto him another captain of fifty with his fifty. And he answered and said unto him, O man of God, thus hath the king said, Come down quickly.

The king sent another captain and his fifty soldiers to retrieve Elijah. He went up and told him,“ Prophet, this is what the king says,‘ Come down at once!’”

Again he sent to him another captain of fifty with his fifty. He answered him,“ Man of God, the king has said,‘ Come down quickly!’”

請試觀之、如車由伯示麥道、向其境而遄征、則降大災者、實由耶和華、否則可知擊我眾者、非出其手、乃偶爾相遇。

耶和華與、爾之鑒觀不爽、加以督責、彼不哀慟、殲滅殆盡、彼不受教、彼顏堅於石、不肯歸誠。

貪婪之輩、行為則邪僻、計謀則詭秘、凌虐貧乏、詆毀懿行、

王諭侍衛曰、耶和華之祭司、輔助大闢、知其逃遁、而不以告、故當殺之。王僕不敢遵命。王諭多益曰、汝擊祭司。以東人多益遂擊祭司、當日殺衣枲公服者八十五人。祭司之邑挪伯、男女、童稚、嬰孩、牛羊、及驢、皆擊以刃。

曰、拿撒勒人耶穌、耶穌曰、我是也、賣師猶大與眾立、耶穌一言我是、眾卻退仆地、耶穌復問曰、爾曹欲執誰、曰、拿撒勒人耶穌、耶穌曰、已告爾、我是也、若欲執我、其餘可容之去、如是、耶穌素言爾賜我之人、無或失者應矣、西門彼得拔佩刀、擊祭司長僕馬勒古、削右耳、耶穌謂彼得曰、鞱爾刀、父所予我之杯、豈不飲乎、時、群卒、千夫長、猶太吏、執耶穌繫之、

詰旦、以色列會眾怨摩西亞倫曰、耶和華之民、嘗為爾曹所戮、

此二人將何以處之、彼明行異跡、耶路撒冷居民悉知之、我儕不能諱也、惟勿以此播眾、當恐喝之、俾毋以斯名訓人、

耶和華與、爾顯大能、彼不瞻望、惟爾熱中祐民、降火燬敵、令彼見此而愧。

執耶穌者戲而扑之、掩其面、批而問曰、試言擊爾者誰、

當時、希律知為博士所賣、怒甚、遣人將伯利恆境內所有之嬰、按其詳問博士時、凡二歲以下者殲之、

君聽虛妄、臣下化之。
