Now, brothers and sisters, we make known to you the grace of God which has been given in the churches of Macedonia,

吾告兄弟、上帝賜馬其頓諸會恩、

兄弟乎、我以天主所賜瑪其頓諸教會之恩、告爾知之、

吾儕茲可告慰於爾等者、乃天主所賜於馬其頓諸聖會之恩寵也。

And now, brothers and sisters, we want you to know about the grace that God has given the Macedonian churches.

We want you to know, brothers, about the grace of God that has been given among the churches of Macedonia,

Now I want you to know, dear brothers and sisters, what God in his kindness has done through the churches in Macedonia.

We want you to know, brothers and sisters, about the grace of God that was given to the churches of Macedonia:

Moreover, brethren, we make known to you the grace of God bestowed on the churches of Macedonia:

Moreover, brethren, we make known to you the grace of God which hath been given in the churches of Macedonia;

We want you to know, brothers, about the grace of God granted to the churches of Macedonia:

Moreover, brethren, we do you to wit of the grace of God bestowed on the churches of Macedonia;

Now we make known to you, brothers and sisters, the grace of God given to the churches of Macedonia,

Moreover, brothers, we make known to you the grace of God which has been given in the assemblies of Macedonia,

For this purpose I also labor, striving according to His power which works mightily within me.

for indeed you practice it toward all the brothers and sisters who are in all Macedonia. But we urge you, brothers and sisters, to excel even more,

And a vision appeared to Paul in the night: a man of Macedonia was standing and pleading with him, and saying,“ Come over to Macedonia and help us.”

But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me did not prove vain; but I labored even more than all of them, yet not I, but the grace of God with me.

Then when he arrived and witnessed the grace of God, he rejoiced and began to encourage them all with resolute heart to remain true to the Lord;

To me, the very least of all saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches of Christ,

for I know your willingness, of which I boast about you to the Macedonians, namely, that Achaia has been prepared since last year, and your zeal has stirred up most of them.

For the ministry of this service is not only fully supplying the needs of the saints, but is also overflowing through many thanksgivings to God.

For Macedonia and Achaia have been pleased to make a contribution for the poor among the saints in Jerusalem.

that in a great ordeal of affliction their abundance of joy and their deep poverty overflowed in the wealth of their liberality.For I testify that according to their ability, and beyond their ability, they gave voluntarily,begging us with much urging for the favor of participation in the support of the saints,and this, not as we had expected, but they first gave themselves to the Lord and to us by the will of God.So we urged Titus that as he had previously made a beginning, so he would also complete in you this gracious work as well.But just as you excel in everything, in faith, speaking, knowledge, and in all earnestness and in the love we inspired in you, see that you also excel in this gracious work.

and when I was present with you and was in need, I was not a burden to anyone; for when the brothers came from Macedonia they fully supplied my need, and in everything I kept myself from being a burden to you, and will continue to do so.

otherwise, if any Macedonians come with me and find you unprepared, we— not to mention you— would be put to shame by this confidence.

so that you became an example to all the believers in Macedonia and Achaia.For the word of the Lord has sounded forth from you, not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but in every place the news of your faith toward God has gone out, so that we have no need to say anything.
