萬軍之耶和華說：「我要差遣我的使者為我開路。你們所尋求的主必突然來到祂的殿中。你們所期盼的那位立約的使者快要來了！」然而，祂來臨的日子，誰能承受得了呢？祂出現的時候，誰能站立得住呢？因為祂像煉金之火，又像漂白衣裳的鹼。

他帶我從北門來到殿前，我看見耶和華的榮光充滿了祂的殿，我就俯伏在地。

耶和華的天使伸出手中的杖碰了一下餅和肉，火就從磐石中噴出來燒盡了它們。耶和華的天使也不見了。

祭司從聖所出來的時候，就有雲彩充滿了耶和華的殿，以致祭司不能留在殿裡供職，因為那裡充滿了耶和華的榮光。

那時，有雲彩遮蓋會幕，耶和華的榮光充滿了聖幕。摩西不能進會幕，因為雲彩停在上面，耶和華的榮光充滿了聖幕。

太陽下山後，大地黑暗，突然有冒煙的火爐和點著的火炬在肉塊中經過。

所羅門跪在耶和華的壇前，舉著手向耶和華禱告完畢，便站起來高聲為以色列全體會眾祝福：「耶和華當受稱頌！祂照著應許賜平安給祂的以色列子民。祂從前藉著僕人摩西賜下的美好應許一句也沒有落空。願我們的上帝耶和華與我們同在，就像與我們的祖先同在一樣。願祂永遠都不撇下我們，不丟棄我們，使我們的心歸向祂，遵行祂的旨意，謹守祂吩咐我們祖先的誡命、律例和典章。願我們的上帝耶和華晝夜顧念我在祂面前的這些祈求，天天護佑祂的僕人和祂的以色列子民，叫地上萬民都知道，耶和華是獨一無二的上帝。願你們像今天一樣專心事奉我們的上帝耶和華，遵行祂的律法，謹守祂的誡命。」

然後，你們求告你們神明的名字，我求告耶和華，那聽禱告降下火來的就是上帝。」眾人非常贊同他的主意。

上帝的靈把我舉起，帶我進入內院，耶和華的榮光充滿聖殿。

吹號的和歌樂手一起同聲讚美和稱謝耶和華，伴隨著號、鈸及各種樂器的聲音，高聲讚美耶和華：「祂是美善的，祂的慈愛永遠長存！」那時，有雲彩充滿了耶和華的殿，以致祭司不能在殿裡供職，因為殿裡充滿了耶和華上帝的榮光。

他們還沒有求告，我就已經應允；他們正要禱告，我就已經垂聽。

聖城裡不需要太陽和月亮的光照耀，因為有上帝的榮光照耀，羔羊就是聖城的燈。

我要在那裡和以色列人相會，我的榮耀將使整座會幕聖潔。

當他進去的時候，基路伯天使站在殿的南邊，內院充滿了雲彩。耶和華的榮耀從基路伯天使的上面升起，停在殿的門口，殿裡充滿了雲彩，院子也充滿了耶和華榮耀的光輝。

禱告完後，聚會的地方震動起來，他們都被聖靈充滿，放膽傳揚上帝的道。

我繼續禱告，承認我和同胞以色列人的罪，為我上帝耶和華的聖山在祂面前祈求。

半夜，保羅和西拉禱告、唱詩讚美上帝，其他的囚犯都側耳傾聽。突然間發生大地震，整座監獄的地基都搖動起來，牢門立刻全開了，囚犯的鎖鏈也都鬆開了。

萬軍之耶和華說，我要震動萬國，萬國的珍寶都要送到這殿，我要使這殿充滿榮耀。萬軍之耶和華說，金子是我的，銀子也是我的。萬軍之耶和華說，我要使這殿比從前更加榮耀。萬軍之耶和華說，我要在這地方賜下平安。』」

烏西雅王駕崩那年，我看見主坐在高高的寶座上，衣袍下垂，覆蓋了聖殿。在祂上方侍立著撒拉弗天使，他們各有三對翅膀：一對遮臉，一對遮腳，一對飛翔。他們彼此呼喊：「聖哉，聖哉，聖哉，萬軍之耶和華！祂的榮耀充滿大地。」他們的聲音震動聖殿的根基，聖殿裡煙雲彌漫。
