And all the Israelites came together to the king at the time of the festival in the seventh month.

那時所羅門守節七日，從哈馬口直到埃及溪谷的以色列眾人都與他同在一起，成了一個極其盛大的會。第八日他們舉行嚴肅會，行奉獻壇的禮七日，守節七日。七月二十三日，王差遣百姓回自己的帳棚去；他們為耶和華向大衛和所羅門，以及他百姓以色列所施的恩惠，心裏都歡喜快樂。

「你要吩咐以色列人說：這七月十五日是住棚節，要向耶和華守這節七日。第一日當有聖會，任何勞動的工都不可做。要將火祭獻給耶和華七日。第八日當守聖會，並要獻火祭給耶和華。這是嚴肅會，任何勞動的工都不可做。
