因彼侵吞雅各、毀其居所、

主之聖邑荒涼、郇城荒蕪、耶路撒冷已成邱墟、至聖榮華之殿、即我列祖頌美主之所、被火焚燬、我所羨慕之美地、盡屬荒涼、

爾觀此物、日將至、無一石留於石上、皆必傾圮、

此殿今雖崇高、凡過之者、必驚訝歎息歎息或作作嗤笑之聲曰、主如是行於斯地與斯殿何故、

有人曰、主之殿、主之殿、主之殿在此、可望不遭災、此言虛誕、爾勿信信或作恃之、

哀哉金失其光、兼金變色、聖所之石、傾於各衢首、
