以色列王说：“将米该雅带回，交给邑宰亚们和王的儿子约阿施，说：

打发人去，将耶利米从护卫兵院中提出来，交与沙番的孙子亚希甘的儿子基大利，带回家去。于是耶利米住在民中。

然而，沙番的儿子亚希甘保护耶利米，不交在百姓的手中治死他。
