As soon as the order went out, the Israelites generously gave the firstfruits of their grain, new wine, olive oil and honey and all that the fields produced. They brought a great amount, a tithe of everything.

The order went out. Right away the people of Israel began to give freely. They gave the first share of the harvest of their grain, fresh wine, olive oil and honey. They also gave the first share of everything else their fields produced. They brought a large amount. It was a tenth of everything.

As soon as the command was spread abroad, the people of Israel gave in abundance the firstfruits of grain, wine, oil, honey, and of all the produce of the field. And they brought in abundantly the tithe of everything.

When the people of Israel heard these requirements, they responded generously by bringing the first share of their grain, new wine, olive oil, honey, and all the produce of their fields. They brought a large quantity— a tithe of all they produced.

When the word spread, the Israelites gave liberally of the best of the grain, new wine, fresh oil, honey, and of all the produce of the field, and they brought in an abundance, a tenth of everything.

以色列全體會眾從摩西面前離去了。凡是心裡受感、靈裡樂意的，都來了；他們把耶和華的禮物都帶來了，用作會幕的工程和會幕中的一切使用，又用來做聖衣。凡是甘心樂意的，不論男女，都來了，把金針、耳環、戒指、手釧和各樣的金器都送來。他們各人都把金子作禮物呈獻給耶和華。凡是有藍色紫色朱紅色線、細麻、山羊毛、染紅的公羊皮、海狗皮的，都送了來。凡是奉獻銀子和銅為禮物的，都帶了來作耶和華的禮物；凡是有皂莢木可以用作工程上任何使用的，都帶了來。凡是心中有智慧的婦女都親手紡織，把所紡的藍色紫色朱紅色線都帶了來。凡是有心意又有智慧的婦女，都紡山羊毛。首領把紅瑪瑙寶石，以及可以鑲嵌在以弗得和胸牌上的寶石都帶了來；又帶來了香料、點燈用的油、膏油、芬芳的香。以色列人無論男女，凡是甘心樂意為作耶和華藉摩西吩咐的一切工程的，都把自願奉獻的禮物帶了來獻給耶和華。

要把你地上最上好的初熟之物帶到耶和華你神的殿中。不可用山羊羔母的奶去煮山羊羔。

在收割初熟麥子的時候，你要守七七節；在年底，你要過收藏節。

你要把你地裡最早生產的初熟之物送到耶和華你的神的殿裡。不可用羊羔母的奶去煮羊羔。”

他憑著自己的旨意，藉著真理的道生了我們，使我們作他所造的萬物中初熟的果子。

那時，有一些人被委派管理存放舉祭、初熟之物和十分之一供物的庫房，把各城的田地，照著律法所規定歸給祭司和利未人的部分收集到那裡。猶大人為侍立供職的祭司和利未人歡樂。

現在基督已經從死人中復活，成為睡了的人初熟的果子。

這些人沒有跟婦女在一起而使自己玷污，他們原是童身的。羊羔無論到哪裡去，他們都跟隨他。這些人是從世人中買來的，作初熟的果子歸給神和羊羔。

‘你們要從你們中間拿禮物來給耶和華，凡是甘心樂意的，都可以把耶和華的禮物帶來，就是金、銀、銅、

你要把你的財物，和一切初熟的農作物，敬奉耶和華。

他們在患難中受到極大的考驗的時候，他們滿溢的喜樂和極度的貧乏，匯流出豐厚的慷慨來。我可以作證，他們是按著能力，並且是超過了能力，自願地再三懇求我們，准許他們在供應聖徒的事上有分。他們超過了我們所期望的，照著神的旨意，先把自己獻給主，然後獻給我們。

要把你豐收的五穀和初榨的新酒獻上，不可遲延；要把你頭生的兒子獻給我。

又定下每年要把我們田地初熟之物，各樣果樹上一切初熟的果子，都帶到耶和華的殿。又要照著律法所寫的，把我們頭胎的兒子和牲畜，就是我們頭胎的牛羊，都帶到我們神的殿，交給在我們神的殿供職的祭司。並且把我們最好的麵粉和舉祭，各樣樹上的果子、新酒、新油，都帶給祭司，交到我們神殿的倉庫；又要把我們田地出產的十分之一給利未人，利未人可以在我們所有城鎮的耕地收取十分之一的出產。利未人收取十分之一出產的時候，要有一個作祭司的亞倫的子孫與他們在一起；利未人要從這十分之一中，抽取十分之一奉到我們神的殿，交到庫房的貯藏室。以色列人和利未人要把五穀、新酒、新油作舉祭，帶到貯存聖所器皿的貯藏室，就是供職的祭司、守門的和歌唱的居住的地方。我們決不會疏忽供應我們神的殿。

他們告訴摩西：“人民帶來的太多，超過耶和華吩咐所作工程使用的需要。”於是摩西下令，他們就在營中宣告，說：“無論男女都不必再為聖所的工程奉獻甚麼禮物。”這樣，人民才被攔阻，不送甚麼禮物來。

眾領袖和人民都歡歡喜喜把稅款帶來，投進櫃中，直到他們都投完了。利未人把銀櫃抬到王指定負責這事的人那裡的時候，他們看見稅銀很多，王的書記和大祭司的屬員就來把銀櫃倒空，然後抬回原處。天天都是這樣，所以收集了很多銀子。

我又指派人按時供應木柴和奉獻初熟之物。“我的神啊，求你記念我，施恩給我。”
