Behold, I build an house to the name of the LORD my God, to dedicate[ it] to him,[ and] to burn before him sweet incense, and for the continual shewbread, and for the burnt offerings morning and evening, on the sabbaths, and on the new moons, and on the solemn feasts of the LORD our God. This[ is an ordinance] for ever to Israel.

今我建殿、奉我上帝耶和華、為籲厥名之所、欲焚芬芳之品、恆陳餅於前、每值朝夕、及安息日、月朔節期、奉獻燔祭、此乃以色列族之常例。

我欲為主我天主之名建殿為聖所、在彼欲焚美香於主前、恆供陳設之餅、每朝夕、安息日、月朔、及主我天主所定之節期、獻火焚祭、此乃以色列人之常例、

Now I am about to build a temple for the Name of the Lord my God and to dedicate it to him for burning fragrant incense before him, for setting out the consecrated bread regularly, and for making burnt offerings every morning and evening and on the Sabbaths, at the New Moons and at the appointed festivals of the Lord our God. This is a lasting ordinance for Israel.

Now I’m about to build a temple. The Name of the Lord my God will be there. I’ll set the temple apart for him. Sweet- smelling incense will be burned in front of him there. The holy bread will be set out at regular times. Burnt offerings will be sacrificed there every morning and evening. They will be sacrificed every Sabbath day. They will be sacrificed at every New Moon feast. And they will be sacrificed at every yearly appointed feast of the Lord our God. That’s a law for Israel that will last for all time to come.

Behold, I am about to build a house for the name of the Lord my God and dedicate it to him for the burning of incense of sweet spices before him, and for the regular arrangement of the showbread, and for burnt offerings morning and evening, on the Sabbaths and the new moons and the appointed feasts of the Lord our God, as ordained forever for Israel.

I am about to build a Temple to honor the name of the Lord my God. It will be a place set apart to burn fragrant incense before him, to display the special sacrificial bread, and to sacrifice burnt offerings each morning and evening, on the Sabbaths, at new moon celebrations, and at the other appointed festivals of the Lord our God. He has commanded Israel to do these things forever.

Now I am building a temple for the name of the LORD my God in order to dedicate it to him for burning fragrant incense before him, for displaying the rows of the Bread of the Presence continuously, and for sacrificing burnt offerings for the morning and the evening, the Sabbaths and the New Moons, and the appointed festivals of the LORD our God. This is ordained for Israel permanently.

Behold, I am about to build a house for the name of the Lord my God, dedicating it to Him, to burn fragrant incense before Him and to set out the showbread continually, and to offer burnt offerings morning and evening, on Sabbaths, on new moons, and on the appointed feasts of the Lord our God. Now I am building a temple for the name of Yahweh my God in order to dedicate it to Him for burning fragrant incense before Him, for displaying the rows of the bread of the Presence continuously, and for sacrificing burnt offerings for the morning and the evening, the Sabbaths and the New Moons, and the appointed festivals of the Lord our God. This is ordained for Israel forever.

Look, I am ready to build a temple to honor the LORD my God and to dedicate it to him in order to burn fragrant incense before him, to set out the bread that is regularly displayed, and to offer burnt sacrifices each morning and evening, and on Sabbaths, new moon festivals, and at other times appointed by the LORD our God. This is something Israel must do on a permanent basis.

Behold, I am about to build a house for the name of Yahweh my God, to dedicate it to him, to burn before him incense of sweet spices, for the continual show bread, and for the burnt offerings morning and evening, on the Sabbaths, on the new moons, and on the set feasts of Yahweh our God. This is an ordinance forever to Israel.

And Aaron shall burn thereon sweet incense every morning: when he dresseth the lamps, he shall burn incense upon it.

And thou shalt set upon the table shewbread before me alway.

Now this[ is that] which thou shalt offer upon the altar; two lambs of the first year day by day continually.The one lamb thou shalt offer in the morning; and the other lamb thou shalt offer at even:And with the one lamb a tenth deal of flour mingled with the fourth part of an hin of beaten oil; and the fourth part of an hin of wine[ for] a drink offering.And the other lamb thou shalt offer at even, and shalt do thereto according to the meat offering of the morning, and according to the drink offering thereof, for a sweet savour, an offering made by fire unto the LORD.[ This shall be] a continual burnt offering throughout your generations[ at] the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD: where I will meet you, to speak there unto thee.

And Solomon determined to build an house for the name of the LORD, and an house for his kingdom.

And Solomon offered a sacrifice of peace offerings, which he offered unto the LORD, two and twenty thousand oxen, and an hundred and twenty thousand sheep. So the king and all the children of Israel dedicated the house of the LORD.

And thou shalt take fine flour, and bake twelve cakes thereof: two tenth deals shall be in one cake.And thou shalt set them in two rows, six on a row, upon the pure table before the LORD.And thou shalt put pure frankincense upon[ each] row, that it may be on the bread for a memorial,[ even] an offering made by fire unto the LORD.Every sabbath he shall set it in order before the LORD continually,[ being taken] from the children of Israel by an everlasting covenant.And it shall be Aaron’s and his sons’; and they shall eat it in the holy place: for it[ is] most holy unto him of the offerings of the LORD made by fire by a perpetual statute.

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them,[ Concerning] the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim[ to be] holy convocations,[ even] these[ are] my feasts.Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day[ is] the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work[ therein]: it[ is] the sabbath of the LORD in all your dwellings.These[ are] the feasts of the LORD,[ even] holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.In the fourteenth[ day] of the first month at even[ is] the LORD’S passover.And on the fifteenth day of the same month[ is] the feast of unleavened bread unto the LORD: seven days ye must eat unleavened bread.In the first day ye shall have an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.But ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD seven days: in the seventh day[ is] an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work[ therein].And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest:And he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.And ye shall offer that day when ye wave the sheaf an he lamb without blemish of the first year for a burnt offering unto the LORD.And the meat offering thereof[ shall be] two tenth deals of fine flour mingled with oil, an offering made by fire unto the LORD[ for] a sweet savour: and the drink offering thereof[ shall be] of wine, the fourth[ part] of an hin.And ye shall eat neither bread, nor parched corn, nor green ears, until the selfsame day that ye have brought an offering unto your God:[ it shall be] a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete:Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto the LORD.Ye shall bring out of your habitations two wave loaves of two tenth deals: they shall be of fine flour; they shall be baken with leaven;[ they are] the firstfruits unto the LORD.

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, My offering,[ and] my bread for my sacrifices made by fire,[ for] a sweet savour unto me, shall ye observe to offer unto me in their due season.And thou shalt say unto them, This[ is] the offering made by fire which ye shall offer unto the LORD; two lambs of the first year without spot day by day,[ for] a continual burnt offering.The one lamb shalt thou offer in the morning, and the other lamb shalt thou offer at even;And a tenth[ part] of an ephah of flour for a meat offering, mingled with the fourth[ part] of an hin of beaten oil.[ It is] a continual burnt offering, which was ordained in mount Sinai for a sweet savour, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD.And the drink offering thereof[ shall be] the fourth[ part] of an hin for the one lamb: in the holy[ place] shalt thou cause the strong wine to be poured unto the LORD[ for] a drink offering.And the other lamb shalt thou offer at even: as the meat offering of the morning, and as the drink offering thereof, thou shalt offer[ it], a sacrifice made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.And on the sabbath day two lambs of the first year without spot, and two tenth deals of flour[ for] a meat offering, mingled with oil, and the drink offering thereof:[ This is] the burnt offering of every sabbath, beside the continual burnt offering, and his drink offering.And in the beginnings of your months ye shall offer a burnt offering unto the LORD; two young bullocks, and one ram, seven lambs of the first year without spot;And three tenth deals of flour[ for] a meat offering, mingled with oil, for one bullock; and two tenth deals of flour[ for] a meat offering, mingled with oil, for one ram;And a several tenth deal of flour mingled with oil[ for] a meat offering unto one lamb;[ for] a burnt offering of a sweet savour, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD.And their drink offerings shall be half an hin of wine unto a bullock, and the third[ part] of an hin unto a ram, and a fourth[ part] of an hin unto a lamb: this[ is] the burnt offering of every month throughout the months of the year.And one kid of the goats for a sin offering unto the LORD shall be offered, beside the continual burnt offering, and his drink offering.And in the fourteenth day of the first month[ is] the passover of the LORD.And in the fifteenth day of this month[ is] the feast: seven days shall unleavened bread be eaten.In the first day[ shall be] an holy convocation; ye shall do no manner of servile work[ therein]:But ye shall offer a sacrifice made by fire[ for] a burnt offering unto the LORD; two young bullocks, and one ram, and seven lambs of the first year: they shall be unto you without blemish:And their meat offering[ shall be of] flour mingled with oil: three tenth deals shall ye offer for a bullock, and two tenth deals for a ram;A several tenth deal shalt thou offer for every lamb, throughout the seven lambs:And one goat[ for] a sin offering, to make an atonement for you.Ye shall offer these beside the burnt offering in the morning, which[ is] for a continual burnt offering.After this manner ye shall offer daily, throughout the seven days, the meat of the sacrifice made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD: it shall be offered beside the continual burnt offering, and his drink offering.And on the seventh day ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work.Also in the day of the firstfruits, when ye bring a new meat offering unto the LORD, after your weeks[ be out], ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work:But ye shall offer the burnt offering for a sweet savour unto the LORD; two young bullocks, one ram, seven lambs of the first year;And their meat offering of flour mingled with oil, three tenth deals unto one bullock, two tenth deals unto one ram,A several tenth deal unto one lamb, throughout the seven lambs;

And the LORD said unto David my father, Whereas it was in thine heart to build an house unto my name, thou didst well that it was in thine heart.
