Then the king of Israel said, Take ye Micaiah, and carry him back to Amon the governor of the city, and to Joash the king’s son;

以色列王說：『將米該雅帶回去交給市長亞們和王的兒子約阿施，說：

以色列王曰、執米該雅、歸付邑宰亞們、及王子約阿施、

以色列王曰、解米該亞於邑宰亞門、及王子約轄所。

以色列王曰、將米該雅付於邑宰亞捫與王子約阿施、

The king of Israel then ordered,“ Take Micaiah and send him back to Amon the ruler of the city and to Joash the king’s son,

Then the king of Israel gave an order. He said,“ Take Micaiah away. Send him back to Amon. Amon is the ruler of the city of Samaria. And send Micaiah back to Joash. Joash is a member of the royal court.

And the king of Israel said,“ Seize Micaiah and take him back to Amon the governor of the city and to Joash the king’s son,

“ Arrest him!” the king of Israel ordered.“ Take him back to Amon, the governor of the city, and to my son Joash.

Then the king of Israel ordered,“ Take Micaiah and return him to Amon, the governor of the city, and to Joash, the king’s son,

Then the king of Israel said,“ Take Micaiah and return him to Amon the governor of the city, and to Joash the king’s son;

Then the king of Israel said,“ Take Micaiah, and return him to Amon the governor of the city and to Joash the king’s son;

And the king of Israel said, Take ye Micaiah, and carry him back unto Amon the governor of the city, and to Joash the king’s son;

Then the king of Israel ordered,“ Take Micaiah and return him to Amon, the governor of the city, and to Joash, the king’s son,

Then the king of Israel said,“ Take Micaiah and return him to Amon the city official and Joash the king’s son.

The king of Israel said,“ Take Micaiah, and carry him back to Amon the governor of the city, and to Joash the king’s son;

And the king of Israel called for one[ of his] officers, and said, Fetch quickly Micaiah the son of Imla.

And as he reasoned of righteousness, temperance, and judgment to come, Felix trembled, and answered, Go thy way for this time; when I have a convenient season, I will call for thee.He hoped also that money should have been given him of Paul, that he might loose him: wherefore he sent for him the oftener, and communed with him.But after two years Porcius Festus came into Felix’ room: and Felix, willing to shew the Jews a pleasure, left Paul bound.

Wherefore the princes were wroth with Jeremiah, and smote him, and put him in prison in the house of Jonathan the scribe: for they had made that the prison.When Jeremiah was entered into the dungeon, and into the cabins, and Jeremiah had remained there many days;Then Zedekiah the king sent, and took him out: and the king asked him secretly in his house, and said, Is there[ any] word from the LORD? And Jeremiah said, There is: for, said he, thou shalt be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon.Moreover Jeremiah said unto king Zedekiah, What have I offended against thee, or against thy servants, or against this people, that ye have put me in prison?Where[ are] now your prophets which prophesied unto you, saying, The king of Babylon shall not come against you, nor against this land?Therefore hear now, I pray thee, O my lord the king: let my supplication, I pray thee, be accepted before thee; that thou cause me not to return to the house of Jonathan the scribe, lest I die there.Then Zedekiah the king commanded that they should commit Jeremiah into the court of the prison, and that they should give him daily a piece of bread out of the bakers’ street, until all the bread in the city were spent. Thus Jeremiah remained in the court of the prison.

Then took they Jeremiah, and cast him into the dungeon of Malchiah the son of Hammelech, that[ was] in the court of the prison: and they let down Jeremiah with cords. And in the dungeon[ there was] no water, but mire: so Jeremiah sunk in the mire.Now when Ebedmelech the Ethiopian, one of the eunuchs which was in the king’s house, heard that they had put Jeremiah in the dungeon; the king then sitting in the gate of Benjamin;

Now in the eighteenth year of his reign, when he had purged the land, and the house, he sent Shaphan the son of Azaliah, and Maaseiah the governor of the city, and Joah the son of Joahaz the recorder, to repair the house of the LORD his God.
