耶和华在埃及中掺入了歪谬的灵，首领们就使埃及在一切所做的事上都迷失，好像醉酒的人呕吐时摇晃迷糊。

这不法之人的到来，是出于撒旦的作为，对那些正在灭亡的人，使用一切能力、虚假的神迹和奇事，并且使用一切不义的诡计，因为他们不接受那能使他们得救的真理之爱。为此，神就把一种迷惑人的力量送进他们里面，使他们相信虚假之事，

不过圣灵明确地说，在末后的时代有些人会离开这信仰，听从迷惑人的邪灵和鬼魔的教义。这些教义出于说谎之人的伪善，这些人的良心已经麻木了。

为什么呢？难道因为我不爱你们吗？神是知道的！我现在所做的，将来还要做，为要断绝那些人的机会——他们想找一个机会，好让别人以为他们所夸耀的与我们一样，因为这样的人是假使徒，是诡诈的工人，他们装做基督的使徒。

因为假基督们和假先知们会出现，行大神迹和奇事，如果有可能，甚至迷惑那些蒙拣选的人。看哪，我已经预先告诉你们了！

恶人却有祸了，他们必遭灾难，因为他们手所做的必回报在自己身上。
