When the Lord saw that they humbled themselves, this word of the Lord came to Shemaiah:“ Since they have humbled themselves, I will not destroy them but will soon give them deliverance. My wrath will not be poured out on Jerusalem through Shishak.

The Lord saw they had made themselves humble. So he gave a message to Shemaiah. The Lord said,“ They have made themselves humble in my sight. So I will not destroy them. Instead, I will soon save them. Even though I am very angry with Jerusalem, I will not use Shishak to destroy them.

When the Lord saw that they humbled themselves, the word of the Lord came to Shemaiah:“ They have humbled themselves. I will not destroy them, but I will grant them some deliverance, and my wrath shall not be poured out on Jerusalem by the hand of Shishak.

When the Lord saw their change of heart, he gave this message to Shemaiah:“ Since the people have humbled themselves, I will not completely destroy them and will soon give them some relief. I will not use Shishak to pour out my anger on Jerusalem.

When Yahweh saw that they humbled themselves, Yahweh’s word came to Shemaiah, saying,“ They have humbled themselves. I will not destroy them; but I will grant them some deliverance, and my wrath won’t be poured out on Jerusalem by the hand of Shishak.

第一位天使便去，把碗倒在地上，就有恶而且毒的疮生在那些有兽印记、拜兽像的人身上。第二位天使把碗倒在海里，海就变成血，好像死人的血，海中的活物都死了。第三位天使把碗倒在江河与众水的泉源里，水就变成血了。我听见掌管众水的天使说：“昔在、今在的圣者啊，你这样判断是公义的；他们曾流圣徒与先知的血，现在你给他们血喝；这是他们所该受的。”我又听见祭坛中有声音说：“是的，主神，全能者啊，你的判断义哉！诚哉！”第四位天使把碗倒在日头上，叫日头能用火烤人。人被大热所烤，就亵渎那有权掌管这些灾的神之名，并不悔改将荣耀归给神。第五位天使把碗倒在兽的座位上，兽的国就黑暗了。人因疼痛就咬自己的舌头；又因所受的疼痛，和生的疮，就亵渎天上的神，并不悔改所行的。第六位天使把碗倒在幼发拉底大河上，河水就干了，要给那从日出之地所来的众王预备道路。我又看见三个污秽的灵，好像青蛙，从龙口、兽口并假先知的口中出来。他们本是鬼魔的灵，施行奇事，出去到普天下众王那里，叫他们在神全能者的大日聚集争战。看哪，我来像贼一样。那警醒、看守衣服、免得赤身而行、叫人见他羞耻的有福了！那三个鬼魔便叫众王聚集在一处，希伯来话叫作哈米吉多顿。第七位天使把碗倒在空中，就有大声音从殿中的宝座上出来，说：“成了！”

愿你将你的忿怒倒在那不认识你的外邦和那不求告你名的国度。

耶和华就后悔说：“这灾也可免了。”他又指示我一件事：有一道墙是按准绳建筑的，主手拿准绳站在其上。耶和华对我说：“阿摩司啊，你看见什么？”我说：“看见准绳。”主说：“我要吊起准绳在我民以色列中，我必不再宽恕他们。

耶和华却因与亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各所立的约，仍施恩给以色列人，怜恤他们，眷顾他们，不肯灭尽他们，尚未赶逐他们离开自己面前。

我要起来，到我父亲那里去，向他说：父亲！我得罪了天，又得罪了你；从今以后，我不配称为你的儿子，把我当作一个雇工吧！’于是起来，往他父亲那里去。相离还远，他父亲看见，就动了慈心，跑去抱着他的颈项，连连与他亲嘴。儿子说：‘父亲！我得罪了天，又得罪了你；从今以后，我不配称为你的儿子。’

“你们去为我、为以色列和犹大剩下的人，以这书上的话求问耶和华；因我们列祖没有遵守耶和华的言语，没有照这书上所记的去行，耶和华的烈怒就倒在我们身上。”

只要承认你的罪孽，就是你违背耶和华你的神，在各青翠树下向别神东奔西跑，没有听从我的话。这是耶和华说的。’

约哈斯恳求耶和华，耶和华就应允他，因为见以色列人所受亚兰王的欺压。耶和华赐给以色列人一位拯救者，使他们脱离亚兰人的手；于是以色列人仍旧安居在家里。然而，他们不离开耶罗波安家使以色列人陷在罪里的那罪，仍然去行，并且在撒玛利亚留下亚舍拉。亚兰王灭绝约哈斯的民，践踏他们如禾场上的尘沙，只给约哈斯留下五十马兵，十辆战车，一万步兵。

所以主耶和华如此说：“看哪，我必将我的怒气和忿怒倾在这地方的人和牲畜身上，并田野的树木和地里的出产上，必如火着起，不能熄灭。”

但他有怜悯，赦免他们的罪孽，不灭绝他们，而且屡次消他的怒气，不发尽他的忿怒。

我所以行事与他们反对，把他们带到仇敌之地。那时，他们未受割礼的心若谦卑了，他们也服了罪孽的刑罚，我就要记念我与雅各所立的约，与以撒所立的约，与亚伯拉罕所立的约，并要记念这地。

所以，他将猛烈的怒气和争战的勇力倾倒在以色列的身上。在他四围如火着起，他还不知道，烧着他，他也不介意。

这人也必喝神大怒的酒；此酒斟在神忿怒的杯中纯一不杂。他要在圣天使和羔羊面前，在火与硫磺之中受痛苦。

耶和华的话临到提斯比人以利亚说：“亚哈在我面前这样自卑，你看见了吗？因他在我面前自卑，他还在世的时候，我不降这祸；到他儿子的时候，我必降这祸与他的家。”
