And she said, I will go.And they sent away Rebekah their sister, and her nurse, and Abraham’s servant, and his men.And they blessed Rebekah, and said unto her, Our sister, be thou the mother of thousands of ten thousands, and let thy seed possess the gate of those that hate them.And Rebekah arose, and her damsels, and they rode upon the camels, and followed the man: and the servant took Rebekah, and went his way.And Isaac came from the way of Beer- lahai- roi; for he dwelt in the land of the South.And Isaac went out to meditate in the field at the eventide: and he lifted up his eyes, and saw, and, behold, there were camels coming.And Rebekah lifted up her eyes, and when she saw Isaac, she alighted from the camel.And she said unto the servant, What man is this that walketh in the field to meet us? And the servant said, It is my master: and she took her veil, and covered herself.And the servant told Isaac all the things that he had done.And Isaac brought her into his mother Sarah’s tent, and took Rebekah, and she became his wife; and he loved her. And Abraham said unto his servant, the elder of his house, that ruled over all that he had, Put, I pray thee, thy hand under my thigh:

Now therefore, what do I here, saith Jehovah, seeing that my people is taken away for nought? they that rule over them do howl, saith Jehovah, and my name continually all the day is blasphemed.

sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of us.Exhort servants to be in subjection to their own masters, and to be well- pleasing to them in all things; not gainsaying;not purloining, but showing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.

Is not this the fast that I have chosen: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the bands of the yoke, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

Give no occasion of stumbling, either to Jews, or to Greeks, or to the church of God:

And the Syrians had gone out in bands, and had brought away captive out of the land of Israel a little maiden; and she waited on Naaman’s wife.And she said unto her mistress, Would that my lord were with the prophet that is in Samaria! then would he recover him of his leprosy.

A son honoreth his father, and a servant his master: if then I am a father, where is mine honor? and if I am a master, where is my fear? saith Jehovah of hosts unto you, O priests, that despise my name. And ye say, Wherein have we despised thy name?

And I will sanctify my great name, which hath been profaned among the nations, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the nations shall know that I am Jehovah, saith the Lord Jehovah, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes.
