斯乃取戾、棄其初信也、

則背曩誓而取戾、故不載諸册、

棄前日之信、自取罪戾、

既廢初誓、能免罪乎。

Thus they bring judgment on themselves, because they have broken their first pledge.

If they do that, they will be judged. They have broken their first promise.
