當時有居𠼻𡀔［口氷］間萬物主耶和華之約匱在示羅、以利二子、何弗尼非尼哈在側、民遣使詣彼、以攜之至。

民遣人至示羅、由彼以居基路伯間萬有之主之約匱舁來、以利二子何弗尼非尼哈偕至、守天主之約匱、

So the people sent men to Shiloh, and they brought back the ark of the covenant of the Lord Almighty, who is enthroned between the cherubim. And Eli’s two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

So the people sent men to Shiloh. They brought back the ark of the Lord’ s covenant law. He sits there on his throne between the cherubim. The Lord is the one who rules over all. Eli’s two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were with the ark of God’s covenant law. The ark was in Shiloh.

So the people sent to Shiloh and brought from there the ark of the covenant of the Lord of hosts, who is enthroned on the cherubim. And the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

So they sent men to Shiloh to bring the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, who is enthroned between the cherubim. Hophni and Phinehas, the sons of Eli, were also there with the Ark of the Covenant of God.

So the people sent men to Shiloh to bring back the ark of the covenant of the LORD of Armies, who is enthroned between the cherubim. Eli’s two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

So the people sent men to Shiloh, and from there they carried the ark of the covenant of the Lord of armies who is enthroned above the cherubim; and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

大衛就起身，他和跟隨的眾人、以及一些猶大領袖、一同到基列耶琳，要從那裏將上帝的櫃運上來：這櫃是以乘坐兩個基路伯的萬軍永恆主耶和華之名而起名的。

摩西進會棚要和永恆主說話的時候，聽見法櫃上除罪蓋上兩個基路伯中間、有聲音和他說話，是這樣對他說的。

那牧養以色列者，那領約瑟如羊羣的啊，側耳聽哦！坐在兩個基路伯上的啊，求你射發光輝

永恆主作王，萬族之民戰抖；他坐在兩個基路伯之上，大地震動。

希西家在永恆主面前禱告說：『永恆主、以色列的上帝、坐在基路伯中間的啊，惟獨你是地上萬國的上帝；是你造了天和地。

當全營要往前行的時候，亞倫和他的兒子們要進去，把遮隔至聖所的帷帳拆卸下來，用來蓋上法櫃；

對惡人呢、上帝卻說：『你有甚麼權利可以背誦我的律例，口中提到我的約呢？你啊、你恨惡管教，卻將我的話丟在背後。

如今試求上帝的情面、好讓他恩待我們吧！這不配的祭獻若出於你們的手，他哪能看得起你們的情面呢？萬軍之永恆主說。

以利的兩個兒子是無賴子，他們不認識永恆主。也不認清祭司從人民所應得的分額。凡有人獻祭，正煮肉的時候，祭司的僮僕就來，手裏拿着三齒叉子，將叉子往盆裏、或鼎裏、或釜裏，或鍋裏一插，凡叉子所插上來的，祭司都取為己有。在示羅，凡來到那裏的以色列人，他們都這樣待他們。甚至在未燻脂肪以前、祭司的僮僕就來，對獻祭的人說：『將肉給祭司去烤吧！他不要跟你取煮過的，只要生的。』獻祭的人若對他說：『人必須先燻脂肪，然後你才可以隨意去取』；僮僕就說：『不，你現在就給，不然我便強取。』這樣，那兩個青年人的罪在永恆主面前就非常大了，因為人們都藐視獻與永恆主的供物。

全營將要往前行的時候、亞倫和他的兒子們既把聖所和聖所的一切器具遮蓋完了之後，哥轄的子孫就要來抬，只是不可觸着聖物，免得死亡。會棚裏這些物件是哥轄子孫所應當抬的。

要用金子作兩個基路伯，用錘的法子來作，在除罪蓋的兩頭。這頭作個基路伯，那頭作個基路伯，兩個基路伯要和除罪蓋相連地製造、在蓋的兩頭。兩個基路伯要高張着翅膀，用它們的翅膀遮掩着除罪蓋；基路伯的臉要彼此相對；它們的臉要朝着除罪蓋。你要將除罪蓋安在櫃的上邊，又將我所要賜給你的證言法版放在櫃裏。我要在那裏和你相會，也要從除罪蓋的上邊、從法櫃上兩基路伯之間、將我所要吩咐你傳給以色列人的一切事和你講說。

以利非常老邁；常聽見他兩個兒子待以色列眾人的一切事，又聽見他們跟會棚出入處的女服役們同寢，

惡靈卻回答他們說：『耶穌我認識，保羅我知道；你們呢、是誰？』有惡靈在身的那個人就撲在他們身上，制伏了兩個，勝過他們，以致他們都從那屋子裏逃出來，赤着身子，受了傷。
