當時有居𠼻𡀔［口氷］間萬物主耶和華之約匱在示羅、以利二子、何弗尼非尼哈在側、民遣使詣彼、以攜之至。

民遣人至示羅、由彼以居基路伯間萬有之主之約匱舁來、以利二子何弗尼非尼哈偕至、守天主之約匱、

So the people sent men to Shiloh, and they brought back the ark of the covenant of the Lord Almighty, who is enthroned between the cherubim. And Eli’s two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

So the people sent men to Shiloh. They brought back the ark of the Lord’ s covenant law. He sits there on his throne between the cherubim. The Lord is the one who rules over all. Eli’s two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were with the ark of God’s covenant law. The ark was in Shiloh.

So the people sent to Shiloh and brought from there the ark of the covenant of the Lord of hosts, who is enthroned on the cherubim. And the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

So they sent men to Shiloh to bring the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, who is enthroned between the cherubim. Hophni and Phinehas, the sons of Eli, were also there with the Ark of the Covenant of God.

So the people sent men to Shiloh to bring back the ark of the covenant of the LORD of Armies, who is enthroned between the cherubim. Eli’s two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

He and all his men went to Baalah in Judah to bring up from there the ark of God, which is called by the Name, the name of the Lord Almighty, who is enthroned between the cherubim on the ark. (niv)

When Moses entered the tent of meeting to speak with the Lord, he heard the voice speaking to him from between the two cherubim above the atonement cover on the ark of the covenant law. In this way the Lord spoke to him. (niv)

Hear us, Shepherd of Israel, you who lead Joseph like a flock. You who sit enthroned between the cherubim, shine forth (niv)

The Lord reigns, let the nations tremble; he sits enthroned between the cherubim, let the earth shake. (niv)

And Hezekiah prayed to the Lord:“ Lord, the God of Israel, enthroned between the cherubim, you alone are God over all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth. (niv)

When the camp is to move, Aaron and his sons are to go in and take down the shielding curtain and put it over the ark of the covenant law. (niv)

But to the wicked person, God says:“ What right have you to recite my laws or take my covenant on your lips?You hate my instruction and cast my words behind you. (niv)

“ Now plead with God to be gracious to us. With such offerings from your hands, will he accept you?”— says the Lord Almighty. (niv)

Eli’s sons were scoundrels; they had no regard for the Lord.Now it was the practice of the priests that, whenever any of the people offered a sacrifice, the priest’s servant would come with a three- pronged fork in his hand while the meat was being boiledand would plunge the fork into the pan or kettle or caldron or pot. Whatever the fork brought up the priest would take for himself. This is how they treated all the Israelites who came to Shiloh.But even before the fat was burned, the priest’s servant would come and say to the person who was sacrificing,“ Give the priest some meat to roast; he won’t accept boiled meat from you, but only raw.”If the person said to him,“ Let the fat be burned first, and then take whatever you want,” the servant would answer,“ No, hand it over now; if you don’t, I’ll take it by force.”This sin of the young men was very great in the Lord’s sight, for they were treating the Lord’s offering with contempt. (niv)

“ After Aaron and his sons have finished covering the holy furnishings and all the holy articles, and when the camp is ready to move, only then are the Kohathites to come and do the carrying. But they must not touch the holy things or they will die. The Kohathites are to carry those things that are in the tent of meeting. (niv)

And make two cherubim out of hammered gold at the ends of the cover.Make one cherub on one end and the second cherub on the other; make the cherubim of one piece with the cover, at the two ends.The cherubim are to have their wings spread upward, overshadowing the cover with them. The cherubim are to face each other, looking toward the cover.Place the cover on top of the ark and put in the ark the tablets of the covenant law that I will give you.There, above the cover between the two cherubim that are over the ark of the covenant law, I will meet with you and give you all my commands for the Israelites. (niv)

Now Eli, who was very old, heard about everything his sons were doing to all Israel and how they slept with the women who served at the entrance to the tent of meeting. (niv)

One day the evil spirit answered them,“ Jesus I know, and Paul I know about, but who are you?”Then the man who had the evil spirit jumped on them and overpowered them all. He gave them such a beating that they ran out of the house naked and bleeding. (niv)
